Comfy sleep, creepy stay

Liked the lights next to bed and the tv was good.

We will be back!
Pros:

Staff were excellent, very obliging. Facility is obviously old but well maintained. Very easy access to eateries. Parking within walking distance.

The room was great for our family

Cons:

There was mould in the bathroom up above the shower on the wall and all around the exhaust fan in the bathroom and there was a lot of open areas but know smoking area we had to go out the front or in the lane behind the hotel

I always enjoy returning to Mildura and staying at the Grand.
Pros:

The staff were amazing help when I lost my mobile phone.

Cons:

The rooms are a little outdated and would be helpful to have access to a phone especially if no mobile phone.

The location and the water pressure in the shower

Cons:

The attitude of the staff in the restaurant,
Was not happy to be asked if I had a reservation for dinner whilst the place was vertualy empty.
And then sat directly under air conditioning that was set to arctic and would not turn the fan to low.

Great location and comfortable room
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The restaurant connected to the hotel was fabulous with excellent service. The location was great, very central. We were happy with our room.

like a maze trying to find your room, locked out of the carpark and a very narrow gate to get into it

The room wasnt clean and carpet was dirty and the throw on the bed had stains on it
