Outstanding as usual
Pros:

Location in Retiro neighborhood, close to Sainz de Baranda metro station and a few blocks from Movistar Arena Madrid (Wizink Center). Breakfast of high quality and variety. Very clean. Strong internet signal. Bed quite comfortable. Our favorite hotel in Madrid along with Crowne Plaza Madrid, both hotels under IHG.

Cons:

Prices have increased over the years, but overall Madrid is more expensive now.

Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room is big and bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is big. There was an iron in the room, kettle, coffee and tea. The hotel is close the metro and bus station. There are some restaurants around.

Pros:

Que experiencia maravilhosa se hospedar nesse hotel. Começando pela simpatia e esforço do staff em falar algumas palavras em português, uma graça. O quarto super confortável e com ótimo tamanho para os padrões de Madrid. Cama e travesseiros ótimos. Banheiro enorme, amei isso! O café da manhã me surpreendeu muito! Várias opções deliciosas, com muitas qualidade e com um ovos fritos perfeitos. Excelente localização, muito tranquilo fora do fervo dos turistas. Fiquei encanto com toda a decoração.

Great location with a definitive style
Pros:

Location is in the area of Retiro that has a number of bars and restaurants to meet all types of tastes. The room was spacious and clean and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. There is a connection to the Crown Plaza that has a wonderful restaurant and exterior out door eating area

Cons:

I found that the gym didn't meet expectations as the only running machine was out of order. Breakfast is €20, personally I found a more adequate breakfast just outside that suited me

War schon ganz ok, der Preise meines Erachtens aber viel zu hoch, für das, was geboten wurde.

Die Lage, das freundliche Personal, die Nachfüll-Wasserflasche.

Cons:

Das Bett hat geknarzt und war auch nicht super bequem, die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können, Fenster war nicht zu öffnen.
