The pool and breakfast were enjoyable, the service and parking conditions did not meet expectations.
Pros:

The swimming pool area was very clean and quiet. Since it was winter, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pools during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a rich variety of options. The kitchen staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. Special thanks to the kitchen team and the pool staff.

Cons:

The parking area was very crowded and poorly organized. There was no valet service or staff to guide the vehicles, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. The location is also not very convenient, especially when arriving by car. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and toilet were not satisfactory.

Второй раз я бы сюда не приехала
Pros:

Вполне комфортный номер, быстро заселили, учли предпочтения по этажу.

Cons:

Заранее писала в отель что у меня день рождения в день заселения, думала может какой то комплимент от отеля будет, но зря((( очень удивило отсутствие халатов, в отеле такого уровня, были с ребенком и он очень хотел плавать в бассейне, бассейн холодный, даже за пол часа ребенок жутко замерз, пришлось переместиться в джакузи((( завтрак тоже очень скудный, я бы сказала, но возможно это из- за рамазана

Please do something about the room air-conditioning
Pros:

Hotel is good and spa area too but room had no air-conditioning and it was just very very hot all night...the technician asked us to leave the windows slightly open..that dint help as there was hardly any wind but noise of the moving cars and sirens etc...

Ребята у вас очень классно. Но желаю стать еще лучше. Искренне.
Pros:

Мы приехали в отель второй раз. Выбирала место для празднования дня рождения. (4 часа между прочим от дома). Нам очень нравится сам отель. Оснащение номера отличное и СПА центр прямо в здании. Матрас прекрасный, подушки на выбор несколько видов, выспались замечательно. Комфортно в номере и летом и зимой. Очень хороший вкусный разнообразный завтрак, шведский стол.
Не знаю относится ли ресторан на 18 этаже к отелю напрямую. Но могу рекомендовать. Отметили там День Рождения. По ресторану: вкусные горячие блюда и салаты. Коктейли точно не заказывайте.

Cons:

Но! Наверное человеческий фактор сработал. Поздравили с днем рождения на следующий день и то после напоминания. Это мелочь, но все же. Я много путешествую и такое впервые.

Het was oké, maar geen goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

De kamers waren schoon en ruim en het was dichtbij taxi punt en dus dichtbij het centrum. Bovendien was de receptie erg vriendelijk

Cons:

Sommige personeel waren niet zo vriendelijk zoals beneden bij het zwembad faciliteit. Het is ook lastig omdat veel personeel geen Engels spreekt om dan te communiceren. Er was geen plek voor een massage helaas dus dat moet je ruim van te voren boeken. Het binnen zwembad konden we niet gebruiken want je hebt blijkbaar een muts nodig. Het buiten zwembad was druk want er zijn ook niet hotel gasten die daar kunnen komen. Het chloor is bovendien erg hoog. Het is een prima hotel maar niet een fijne ervaring
