Great hotel next to Plaza Espana
Pros:

Great location, great staff, we can really recommend the hotel. We even used the fitness room on the last night, which was also very good. We got a totally quiet room (despite the central venue of the hotel) in accordance with our request, which we appreciated a lot. Comfortable beds.

Séjour globalement agréable malgré quelques dysfonctionnements.
Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent, à deux minutes à pied du métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement dans toute la ville.
La chambre nous plaisait beaucoup, elle était bien décorée et la literie très confortable.

Cons:

Les consommables dans la chambre (café, thé) n’étaient jamais réapprovisionnés et il fallait les demander systématiquement à la réception.
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement : malgré une température réglée basse, la chambre restait très étouffante.
L’éclairage manquait de flexibilité : l’éclairage principal s’allumait uniquement en totalité, sans possibilité d’utiliser séparément le bas ou le haut ; seules les lampes de lecture étaient indépendantes.

Hotel jak zawsze czysty, przyjemny, sympatyczny oprócz tej jednej sprawy ..,

Położenie, miły personel, wystrój,

Cons:

Mój trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu w ciągu 2 lat. Byłem kilka godzin przed przyjazdem i żeby dostać pokój musiałbym dopłacić 40 €. Rozumiem standardy, procedury. Hotel miał w tym czasie bardzo małe obłożenie i z doświadczenia wiem, że te kilka godzin (dokładnie 4 )wcześniej nie stwarza problemu przy braku obłożenia. Niestey musiałem czekać do 15.00- nic wcześniej 🥺 z tego powodu, nie wiem czy następnym razem skorzystam z tego hotelu, tym bardziej że sytuacja podobna - byłem wcześniej i w maju otrzymałem pokój bez dopłaty. To wg mojej opinii jest słabe - przy trzecim pobycie w przeciągu 2 lat.

Świetna lokalizacja, zaraz obok przystanku metra, wanna w łazience była super, ekspres na kapsułki w pokoju i przepyszne śniadania. Obsługa bardzo przyjazna. Zostawialiśmy bagaże zarówno przed zameldowaniem jak i po wymeldowaniu - wszystko bezproblemowo i w miłej atmosferze. W pokoju żelazko, suszarka, kapcie, szlafroki - super.

Cons:

Minusem jest na pewno brak światła słonecznego w pokoju (2. piętro, okna na wewnętrzny dziedziniec). Nie było nas przez cały dzień więc nie było to uciążliwe ale gdyby ktoś chciał poczytać w pokoju to w dzień bez lampki się to nie uda.
