Great hotel!
Pros:

Great location. Near Metro and FGC. Aerobus stops just steps away. Palau Sant Jordi and MNAC within walking distance. Helpful staff. Thoughtful room amenities. Can refill water bottle at lift lobby. Great restaurant.

Pros:

Guest Services were excellent. All of the front desk employees were very helpful and knew their information. They assisted my husband and I with directions, taxi, supper market locations, etc. Very pleased. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Two of the young ladies who worked the floor were too busy talking to each other and twirling their hair to assist the customers. The young man was taking care of everyone and having to reach around them to get items from the work bar. He took orders, cleaned tables, answered questions, etc. It's not a good look.

Estancia perfecta.
Pros:

Todo en general está genial , personal de 10, instalaciones limpias y modernas, baño amplio y con todo lo que puedas necesitar, toallas super agradables.
Super desayuno , variado, buenísimo y con opción sin gluten abundante y de calidad.

Cons:

Solo por poner un pequeñísimo pero , el colchón me resulto un pelín blando, pero creo que esto también es una opinión muy personal, así que tampoco creo que sea muy relevante.
