Convenient, welcoming, and super comfortable
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it! The hotel is conveniently located close to the train terminal and metro station, which makes getting around super easy. The area felt completely safe during our stay. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and eager to help. A special shout-out to the wonderful lady who checked us in (we didn’t catch her name but she was from Palermo with long curly hair). She gave us such a warm, lovely welcome. The room is spotlessly clean and comfy, and the breakfast buffet has a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great mix of convenience, comfort, and hospitality.
