Best hotel I’ve stayed at in my entire life, beautiful, clean, friendly staff, great view great facilities, delicious food, beautiful breakfast and even a well equipped gym!! We stayed at iQ Hotel Milano for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. Breakfast was lovely, served on the rooftop, which was a great way to start the day. The reception staff were extremely helpful, and we really appreciated the welcome desk with phone chargers and adapters available in case you forgot one – such a thoughtful touch.

The room was absolutely spotless, with a beautiful bathroom and very comfortable beds. The complimentary minibar was a big bonus too, and something you don’t see very often these days.

The location is excellent – just a 2-minute walk from Milano Centrale and the metro stations, making it incredibly convenient. It’s only about 10 minutes to the Duomo by metro.

Overall, a brilliant stay and I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

Terrific hotel. Beautifully positioned near the main Centrale station. Friendly helpful staff who provide useful information. Very nice rooms with a good range of little extras. Rooftop bar with great views. Great place to enjoy a complimentary glass of prosecco. Very comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. Shower is small, but they always are in Europe. Would definitely stay there again when we return to Milan.

I booked this hotel for Christmas weekend trip based on the TripAdvisor reviews. We weren’t disappointed! We were a group of 6 family members in 3 rooms and we all throughly enjoyed our stay here. Location is perfect. Breakfast is excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plenty of nice little touches like the free refreshments and snacks in the minibar. The staff were all super friendly. I’ve already recommended the hotel to friends and would definitely stay here next time I’m in Milan. Grazie mille!

Stayed in the IQ Hotel, Rome six years ago, so booked the IQ Milan without a second thought. It did not disappoint. A lovely warm welcome on arrival, my apologies to the guy who checked me in, because I cannot remember his name. I was immediately made to feel welcome, and oh joy, my room was ready even though I was a bit early.

Getting there - The hotel offers a taxi service to and from the airport, they send the details and prices beforehand. I didn't avail of it. I took a taxi from Linate Airport, which cost €25. I think the rate offered by the hotel was €60.
If you choose to use the bus or metro and arrive at the railway station, the hotel is very easy to find. Go towards the tourist info kiosk in front of the station, and you will see the hotel straight across from you.

I was on the fifth floor, facing the street, which was what I had requested. Beautifully appointed room, very modern, comfortable, spacious and sparkling clean. Tea, coffee, snacks and water provided and refreshed daily. Cleaning staff were lovely and very good. Toiletries and slippers are also provided in the room.

Breakfast as has been described by other reviewers, you name it, it's there. Hot and cold, savoury and sweet. I don't think there's anything to add. Evening meals are also available there and a voucher is provided at check in for a reduction of 10%. There's also a voucher for a glass of prosecco or coffee, on arrival, which is a nice touch.

The metro is very handy, albeit I found it a bit rough - and I have travelled on underground systems in various parts of the world. Four stops take you to the Duomo which is absolutely breathtaking.

Other tips. Aldi is about five minutes walk away. There's also a supermarket in the station which stocks everything you could possibly need. There's a laundry on the fifth floor. I didn't actually use it, but it's a good facility to have. On the second floor there's a water fountain, and an ice machine. I used both of those. Also a microwave is provided there.

My question always is, would I stay here again? My answer is yes, absolutely. I would highly recommend this hotel. Top marks to the reception and cleaning staff, a credit to the hotel.

The location is superb. The room is clean and comfortable. Since my room at level 4 and not much noise can be hear. There are free minibar. I love it. The water pressure is good. I stayed for one night. I definitely will recommend to my friends.

Excellent. Room was spotless and in perfect condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice touches like complimentary snacks and beverages in the fridge, and a close-up mirror built into the bathroom mirror, with a little blue button to turn on the light. Excellent location five minutes on foot from the train station. Easy access to the city. Extremely reasonable price.

What a fantastic hotel. The rooms are spacious, super clean and elegant. There are so many amenities at this hotel it's hard to list them all but the spa was just fantastic after a long day sightseeing and the rooftop bar is so charming and again, relaxing. The staff deserve a special shout out- they really go out of their way to be sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. My husband had his wallet stolen and the guys at the desk were just so kind and helpful. The breakfast is ridiculously good. Abundant and very high quality. One of the best we've ever seen. In sum, this hotel goes on my very, very short list of keepers. We'll be back!

Stayed just the one night but this place is just fantastic. We arrived early so the wonderful staff took care of our bags so that we could explore the city and maximise the time we had. The room itself was super clean and impressive with everything you need. Located close to Milano Centrale, it is a great place to base yourself if you plan to visit this amazing city. Also, the breakfast was great with everything from cold meats to bacon and eggs plus a selection of fruit, cheese and pastries. I will come back and will be recommending this place to my family and friends. Grazie di tutto!

My wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. We had not used it before, and rarely stay in Milan, so it was very nice to find that we had picked a very good hotel with a good price/quality ratio. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff we met were outstandingly friendly. The breakfast was well beyond our expectations. The location - just minutes away from Milan Central station- was perfect.

My stay at the IQ Hotel could not have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel staff was friendly and responsive and the breakfast was had a great variety and was fresh and delicious. I will certainly stay here the next time I am in Milan.

The hotel is clean, modern, and stylish — everything looks new and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and eager to help. A special mention to Kenneth at check-in for his warm and professional service. The location right across from Milano Centrale is a huge plus, making travel incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Milano IQ with my husband, and the experience was amazing. Even before our arrival, the staff were always attentive to our needs. We arrived before check-in time, but they helped us anyway with our luggage and directions to explore the city. The room wasn’t big, but enough for two people and had everything we needed. The bathroom is big enough for everything you would need there. The location is privileged: in front of Milano Central! The room was always clean, and the staff were very supportive to our questions. I loved that they have a laundry room where you can do your laundry by yourself, not having to go to another place.
The breakfast is amazing. They have everything you would expect from it: fruit, juice, coffee, pastries, bread, eggs, etc.
I highly recommend the spa with the pool in the afternoon after a hard day of tourism. Definitely, we’ll come back if we go to Milano again.

Excellent hotel, very close to train station, excellent restaurants in the area. Nice having the hot tub (but book early, as we found it inconvenient if you just wanted to go spur of the moment). Highly recommend this hotel, will be back again.

Property is convenient if you need to be close to the train and don’t mind hearing and feeling the train pass by while you are sleeping. Also do not eat in the hotel if you have to stay there, we took a chance and had dinner there and got sever food poisoning.

Amazing spa experience in an unexpected setting. With close proximity to Milano Centrale, it is more than worth the visit!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights to celebrate our anniversary. We arrived on Friday 15th, check in was so simple and easy, the gentleman at the reception was so pleasant, polite and informative.

We had packed light (only had cabin bags) and didn’t realise we could book their “spa” for a time slot and it would be exclusively for us. We did think to buy swimwear but decided not to as we wouldn’t have the space to bring it back. But would have loved to have used it.

Location was great, very close to the central station, we used this to visit lake como for the day. The hotel kindly packed us our breakfast to collect from reception (requested the night before) which was ample. Although you can get loads at the station even early in the morning.

We were able to access Milan very easily using their underground and other public transport. It was easy enough.

The room was nice for a city break, I have never stayed somewhere where room service is so quick, they would deliver anything requested within minutes. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was great.

Thank you for a lovely stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
