Pros:

Location and the size of the room

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great, the shower can be improved and if you don’t cover the drainage there is a bad smell.

A localização é impecável. Quarto amplo e limpo

Cons:

Um dos quartos ocupados tinha infiltrações nas paredes e o proprio hotel já havia deixado um desumidificador no ambiente ! Melhor seria procederem aos reparos nas paredes.

Lo mejor fue la ubicación. También la atención del personal y su reacción ante el temblor que tuvimos que hacer evacuación y supieron manejar muy bien la situación.

We were greeted by the friendliest staff, they were so attentive and willing to help with anything we question we asked. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We also felt so safe at the facility, the location was so close to alot of restaurants and chapultepec..

Estancia buena con gran servicio.
Pros:

Lugar muy céntrico, con buenas instalaciones y un desayuno bastante rico.

Había mucho ruido del exterior ya que algunas ventanas dan hacia el area común del edificio.

Cons:

Nos asignaron un cuarto junto a la recepción y no pudimos dormir pues todo el tiempo había personas pasando y mucho ruido. Solo por ese detalle no lo recomiendo

Excellent hotel with comfy bed
Pros:

Friendly and professional service. Most comfortable bed ever. Shower had great pressure and hot!! Everything was super clean. Excellent hotel!

Cons:

Tip: Use some type of padding on bedframe or reduce size. We bumped into corners numerous times and had bruises on our lower legs.
