Demasiado caro para la pesima experiencia que tuve aqui

La ubicación de este lugar es excelente y el staff de recepción y seguridad son súper amables.

Cons:

Esta es mi segunda vez hospedándome en este hotel y desafortunadamente sus estándares de calidad han bajado muchísimo.

En mi habitación no habían botellas de agua, pero sí el anillo de papel que les ponen a las botellas en donde te indican que las primeras botellas son complementarias pero que las demás tienen un costo de $25 cada una.

Al llegar el bote de basura general tenía basura de los que se hospedaron ahí antes que yo, es decir, encontré el bote de basura con basura que no era mía (sucio).

El aire acondicionado no sirvió en ningún momento más que para echar aire caliente.

El piso de entre la entrada y el baño estaba pegajoso.

La habitación que me dieron no tenía ventilación correcta y tuve una noche bastante difícil para dormir puesto que el aire no servía y no hay ventilación correcta en la habitación que me tocó (3201-2), no se podían abrir las ventanas para ventilar sin quedar expuesta a la gente pasando. Las paredes de esta habitación también están tan delgadas que escuché a mis vecinos entrar y salir e incluso una conversación que me despertó durante la noche en los pocos momentos en el que pude conciliar el sueño; entre despertarme por el calor y la falta de ventilación de la habitación.

Mi conclusión general es que por el precio que cobren aquí por una noche (4,547.43MXN) no vale la pena y no me vuelvo a quedar aquí jamás.

También si no hubiera llegado tan tarde (alrededor de medianoche) hubiera buscado otro lugar o exigido otra habitación pero sinceramente el cansancio ya no me dejó hacer más. Es la última vez que me quedo en este lugar y por el precio no vale la pena.

La ubicación es magistral
Los cuartos son bastante amplios
Los baños funcionan muy bien y son con buen espacio
Personal es amable y prestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente

Cons:

Nunca nos informaron que el hotel estaba en remodelación, y las áreas de cafeteria y recepción estan en mal estado.
Las ventanas de la habitación que daba hacia la calle Julio Verne permiten el paso del sonido de los coches que pasan así como de la gente que camina en la calle. No eran cuartos silenciosos y eso no permite descansar bien. Las almohadas se sienten muy deterioradas.

Sehr schöne Lage, schönes Gebäude, aber einfache Ausstattung und Frühstück
Pros:

Die Lage in Polanco ist sehr schön gewesen und die Anlage an sich ebenfalls.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war extrem einfach und die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hat jedes Wort auf dem Gang verstanden.

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas, el agua se salía de la ducha al área seca del baño.
Están haciendo reparaciones y me habían dado una habitación que estaba justo arriba del área de reparaciones y hacía mucho ruido, me reasignaron sin problema.

This is my favorite place to stay in Polonco.
Pros:

I've stayed in several places in Polonco and this is my favorite spot. It's close to everything, super friendly, clean, and relaxed. I've stayed at more expensive places, but I like this place the best.

La ubicación ideal si vas al auditoro nacional, el personal es muy amable. Habitación limpia y cómoda. El hotel se encuentra en una excelente zona. Creo que el costo es un poco elevado aunque se pueden encontrar excelentes oportunidades por Booking.com. Todo bien
