Pros:

Il.buffet sempre vario e ottimo cibo, le.piscine molto carine. Giardini interni ai blocchi molto curati.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto meno il.fatto.che.per recarmi al buffet dovevi camminare molto e che era sempre molto caotico. Letto matrimoniale composto da due materassi, molto grande ma si sentiva lo scalino e cuscini molto scomodi.

Las instalaciones una pasada,limpio,las camas muy cómodas,el personal super amable,las piscinas super chulas y cómodas para entrar y salir para gente con movilidad reducida.

Lo que tal vez es un poco incomodo es que es tan grande que para ir de un lugar a otro hay que andar mucho y no es cómodo para ir con personas mayores con movilidad reducida,aunque esta todo acondicionado para llevar sillas de ruedas,es mas el propio alojamiento nos presto silla de ruedas para facilitar las caminatas por el reciento para mis padres!

A charter destination that tries to upsell the guests on everything
Pros:

The big swimming pools with different depth and for children and the AC in the rooms was very good.

Cons:

It was much further from the beaches than expected. They charge extra for everything, even the safety box in the room. Expensive food in the restaurant (like 18 euro for a club sandwich), when we ordered lobster rice they tried to serve us shrimp paella without telling us that there was no lobster. Minimal amenities in the rooms, no conditioner or body lotion just soap and shampoo, not even a hair dryer.

Lækre faciliteter og godt med solstole. Der er masser af aktiviteter som fitness, aquagym, poolbar, padel og tennis
Personalet i llevant restaurant om aftenen i baren, var rigtig søde og festlige og dansede med gæsterne under livemusikken

Cons:

Sprogbarrieren og ALT for mange børn og børnefamilier og ingen grænser fra personalet. Børn SAD med deres numser i buffetten uden personalet gjorde noget. En kok stod og havde tydelige udfordringer med sin hygiejne - havde fingre i munden, kløet sig i skægget og nøs i hånden hvorefter han straks rørte ved den mad han tilberedte. Da jeg spurgte efter en manager for at påtale det, sagde de at der ikke var en manager…?
Personalet taler generelt rigtig dårligt engelsk, med undtagelse af receptionen. Vores første værelse stank af fugt, men receptionen var søde at give os andet værelse, som bar præg af slid, men var OK. Mærkelig konstellation med separat bad og toilet og så håndvask i midten af værelset.

Belle expérience
Pros:

Établissement, superbe, la piscine est vraiment génial pour les adultes. Comme pour les enfants, l’eau chaude, les animateurs sont très investi et impliqué pour faire passer des bons moments à tout le monde, des beaux spectacles tous les soirs. Un hôtel que nous recommandons.

Nos llevamos un buen recuerdo
Pros:

Todo en general es muy familiar y acogedor para los niños

Cons:

Que cerraran la piscina de niños a las 18:00h estando en España eso no es aceptable y que el carrito de helados cerrara a las 14:50h en pleno verano sin tener ningún servicio donde poder comprar algo frío o algún helado en la piscina pirata
Y los horarios del buffet acoplados al horario extranjero eran demasiado pronto
