Only the Garden Suite and Select Suite rooms include access to the Spa (90 minutes per person per day). Access to the Spa (90 minutes per person per day) can be booked directly at the hotel for €10 for adults and €5 for children over 3 years of age.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. We had a great stay at this resort. Everything was very clean, including the entire resort, the swimming pools, and the rooms. The pools were well maintained, and the sunbeds were comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning the rooms every day.
The staff were always friendly and welcoming, especially the reception team. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety, so there was always something to enjoy. Overall, we had a very positive experience and encountered very few negative points.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this resort to others.
The following points are not negative experiences, but rather constructive feedback. They did not affect the overall quality of our stay, but we believe that improving these areas would make the experience even better:

The small snack truck on the resort. The food there was quite expensive, and the quality and portions did not match the price. In contrast, the food and drinks at the restaurant bar were of much better quality, and the buffet was consistently very good.

Another downside was the price of the spa massages. We felt that €85 for a 45-minute massage was quite expensive. A more reasonable price would make this service much more appealing.
Struttura bella, tranquilla con stanze molto carine, un bellissimo giardino e un ottimo buffet colazione e cena.
Forse avrei aggiunto qualche dettaglio nelle camere come bollitori o smart tv.

The hotel was located pretty far from the beach.
Schöne Anlage mit Pool auch für kältere Tage. Gepflegter Garten mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Familien.
Zimmer hellhörig und für 4 Personen schon sehr eng. Leider kein Wasserkocher / Kaffeemaschine auf Zimmer. Zimmer im EG relativ feucht. Qualität des Essens könnte besser sein. Schlafsofa extrem unbequem, für ein kleines Kind ausreichend aber für Erwachsene / große Kinder ungeeignet.

Éramos dos personas con celiaquia y nos atendieron maravillosamente, nos recibía el cocinero para indicarnos lo que podíamos comer, preparándonos pizzas solo para nosotras al momento, con detalles sorpresa de los cocineros trayéndonos crepes para desayunar sin pedirlo, postres en la cena…
Nos trataron de maravilla!!
Las instalaciones, el buffet
Está reformado pero más que reforma es un lavado de cara, al menos mi habitación.
Muchas hormigas, tanto dentro como fuera de l habitación.
Cogí una suite que dispone de mini salón y sofá cama, pero no pude usar la cama del sofá por ser extremadamente incómodo.
Ubicación, el trato del personal todo el personal muy amable! y lo bonito y completo que es el hotel
la calidad de la comida del buffet con respecto al precio salvo lo que cocinan a la plancha en el momento que está delicioso! Otro punto negativo el que cobren por cambiar las toallas de la piscina y ademas cuando quisimos hacer el cambio no nos avisó el chico del Spa que cobraban, nos dimos cuenta al hacer el chek-out.

Pur essendoci in camera la macchinetta per il caffè , una volta terminate le cialde non venivano rifornite. Non venivano rimessi i bicchieri e sono dovuta andare a chiedere personalmente altre cialde . Non sempre gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati, nonostante messi per terra. Ho trovato eccessivo il costo dell’acqua a cena : 3,25€ per una bottiglietta da 50cl . Pessimo anche il caffè della colazione. Sia caffè che cappuccino erano pieni di acqua . Imbevibili !
