Everything was amazing.
Pros:

We loved everything. Rooms were very modern and kept clean. Great plus for the heated pool that also joined with the inside pool. Also loved the spa that included saunas and jacuzzi. Food was absolutely lovely, something new everyday, so great variety. Great entertainment for children.

Cons:

There could be more sport sessions available for people who enjoy working out or trying new things.

Cons:

El aire condicionado no estaba disponible y no se podría abrir por la noche por ruido de las ranas entonces pasamos dos noches insoportables de calor. Grupos de personas haciendo las instalaciones suyos con sus propios actividades.

Sehr schön gepflegte Anlage, für jeden ist etwas dabei, tolles Essen, kinderfreundlich, sauber und toller Spa.
Pros:

Essen sehr gut, Zimmer sehr gut, Personal (ausser die Chefin Rezeption) war sehr nett.

Cons:

Empfang (es war halt spät abends), Checin der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich (sie hatte Stress mit einer ankommenden Gruppe, aber trotzdem…man muss trotzdem zu den Gästen freundlich sein).

Un bel établissement mais un peu trop impersonnel pour nous.
Pros:

Le buffet petit déjeuné et dîner

Cons:

L’emplacement, et le fait que la chambre (suite) ne disposait pas d’eau ni mouchoirs ni lait pour le corps ni conditionner. Les autres hôtels de cette gamme mettent tous à disposition cela dans les chambres. Pas ici dommage.
