The only staff who would respect and help you is Charifa. She was lovely!

Cons:

The staff at the restaurant were extremely rude. They look and stare at you like you're aliens. They talk amongst themselves and start laughing. Bed bugs in the room. We're all covered in bites and can't stop itching and scratching.

Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. Bonne situation pour Disney. Le personnel sympathique

On ne m’a demandé de payer et enregistrer qu’une chambre sur les 2. Toutes les communications sont en anglais…. Il était censé avoir un accueil 24h/24, on arrive tard et rien. Il fallait savoir qu’il fallait aller chez campanile. Impossible d’accéder à une des chambres, la clé ne fonctionnait pas. Les 2 chambres sentaient les égouts, odeur atroce. Salle de bain toilettes extrêmement petites, pas de gel douche dans douche.
