Die Lage ist fantastisch - direkt am See gelegen :-);
Ausstattung super und sauber! Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal! Frühstück klasse - Eier werden frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet, frisches Obst, Entsafter und .... ; auch das Restaurant war toll; privater Parkplatz in Garage; wir konnten kostenlos SUP und Kayak leihen

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichlich und eine riesige Auswahl.
Das Hotelpersonal ist jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Liegen belegen ist nicht notwendig, da es ausreichend Liegen gibt, die man sich jederzeit selbst holen kann.

Direkte Lage am See

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant war enttäuschend, die Nudeln waren hart und verklebt und die Meeresfrüchte von schlechter Qualität, die Trüffelpasta geht auch viel besser!
Schade denn der Service war bemüht.

Klein aber fein

Die Lage ist wunderbar und das Hotel ist klein aber fein. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, einzig gesundes Brot hat gefehlt. Das Restaurant ist ganz in Ordnung, und die Preise sind fair.
Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und nimmt sich Zeit für die Gäste.

Cons:

Unser Suite war grundsätzlich gut, leider einfach zu dunkel. Somit hatten wir keine Lust Zeit dort zu verbringen. Das Personal im Restaurant war teilweise sehr gut, teilweise echt nervig, weil sie neu waren und keine Ahnung hatten. Ich erwarte, dass ein Kellner in Italien weiss was Balsamico ist. Er hat gefragt, welche Sprache das sei. Dann gemeint, er kann es nicht wissen, weil er kein Italiener sei, sehr schwach. Der selbe Kellner konnte sich in 6 Tagen nicht merken, dass wir Gäste dort waren. Auch hatte er uns häufig warten lassen, oder nervig zehn Mal gefragt, ob wir Wasser bestellen möchten, obwohl wir gesagt haben, dass wir zuerst in die Getränkekarte schauen wollen.
Ich hatte eine kleine Vegiomelette bestellt. Bekam eine grosse mit Schinken, auch ein no go.
Ich weiss nicht, ob es immer so ist, aber als wir im Juni dort waren, waren sehr viele Rentner dort.

Excellent location. The hotel is in a quiet town without large crowds of tourists. Beautiful view from the room, a comfortable room with a large terrace, and polite, friendly staff.

Cons:

Very poor housekeeping. The breakfast offers a limited selection despite its high price. The restaurant serves small portions, and the quality and taste of the food are average.

Traumhafte Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, neue große Zimmer, sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer hatte den direkten Seeblick 😀

Cons:

Das Essen können wir leider nicht bewerten. Wir hatten nur einmal Pizza zum Abendessen und diese war für Italien unterirdisch schlecht. Der Großteil der Angestellten war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, es gab aber auch Angestellte, die ihren Job falsch verstehen und sich entsprechend verhielten.
