Piscine superbe

Resort was outdated and service not very accommodating

The food at the buffet was terrible and cold. We weren't provided the internet access at checkin. The hotel has definitely seen better days you could tell the grounds and facilities have not been well maintained. There were no towels at the pools and one pool had very loud entertainment that totally ruined any relaxation one may have wanted on vacation. In addition, they played music until 1 am in the morning, so I got very little sleep.

god frukost och fina rummet. 2 fantastiska pooler och en med salt vatten. Går att bada i havet från klippor.
Resturang i resort och ner vid poolen var utmärkt

Vi havde bestilt en overnatning da vi skulle flyve tidligt næste morgen. Vi ankom til hotellet kl 20 om aftenen men hotellet insisterede stadig på at vi skulle betale Club-fee for brug af deres faciliteter såsom pool, trollies mm. De talte meget dårligt engelsk og det eneste mad var på hotellet til 25€ pr mand… vi fandt et pizzaria i nærheden.
Deres bar ved vandet er skøn og med en flot solnedgang.
Hotellet meget slidt og de holdte club fest ude foran alle værelserne til kl 00.00 med meget højt musik og italiensk råben i højtaler. Ikke optimalt når nogle måske gerne vil sove og skal tidligt op… Derfor ikke den bedste oplevelse at bo der.

It is not a place to be. Noisy, out in the nowhere, bad restaurant, no service, staff only speak italian, old hotel. the only good thing: good airconditioning!

Esperienza decisamente positiva. Personale gentilissimo, pulizia accurata, struttura in ottime condizioni. Un bar alla piscina olimpionica andrebbe aggiunto secondo me.

Fermo restando che la perfezione non esiste e non contando alcune lacune strutturali che, da quanto ho potuto vedere, stanno per essere risolte, il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole specie per la parte culinaria (cuoco da lodare) e per la cordialità e simpatia del personale. Bellissimo il panorama dalle stanze con vista mare (inizialmente non assegnateci per un disguido temporale brillantemente e rapidamente risolto) Unica nota stonata un piccolo problema con relativa discussione sull'utilizzo della piscina, ma anche questo prontamente risolto dalla direzione.

Sono cambiate tante cose dall ultima volta,cmq ho passato 2 giorni in serenità animazione gradevole personale simpatico e bagnini efficenti....pranzo scarso bisognerebbe sistemare qualcosina a livello edile ma x una mini vacanza va benissimo

Bellissima struttura, le camere pulite, le piscine grandi e animazione a doc. Per scendere a mare vieni accompagnato da una l'ape, perché c'è una discesa e poi una salita .Personale accogliente. Tutto ok

Ottima esperienza, pulizia delle camere buona, qualita' dei servizi in generale ottima, la posizione dell'Hotel e' definire unica il panorama dalle terrazze piscine e ' meraviglioso. I ragazzi del'animazione sono veramente bravi,professionali e coinvolgenti, come anche tutto lo staff della ristorazione senza dimenticare la gentilezza dello staff della receptin,ed i ragazzi della gestione piscine.

Il villaggio si trova in una posizione molto bella. Siamo arrivate di sera tardi e ci è stata assegnata una stanza rinnovata con una splendida vista sul mare.
Nel complesso la struttura è tenuta bene ma c’è una vaga aria decadente di villaggio che ha conosciuto i suoi tempi d’oro 15 anni fa. Nota di demerito la colazione. Davvero insufficienze in varietà di prodotti ma soprattutto in qualità. Credo davvero si possa fare di meglio.

Oh, this place is in terrible disrepair! Peeling wallpaper, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, breakfast was poor. At least parking was no problem since we were one of the very few guests on property.

la prima cosa cambierei la direttrice nn capisce nulla di come si devono trattare i clienti nn e mai al suo posto diciamo che secondo me dovrebbe essere a sistemare le camere

Ich habe mittels Formular angefragt, für einen Flughafenshuttle. Es stand " rund um die Uhr".
Habe keine Antwort vom Hotel erhalten und niergends eine mailadresse gefunden.
Die habe ich dann im Netz auf der Hotelhomepage gefunden.
Zuerst bekam ich keine Antwort, die Zeit drängte, dann kam die Frage "witch date????" Was ich nicht gerade als sehr freundlich empfand. Klar, es war mein Fehler, aber mein Name und, dass ich über Hotels gebucht habe, wäre nicht schwierig gewesen es herauszufinden.
Dann kam eine Antwort "zu spät, ich solle ein Taxi nehmen". Ich habe dann eine andere Unterkunft genommen. Übrigens habe ich mich bemüht in italienisch, deutsch und english zu schreiben.

Albergo obsoleto con camere con arredamento essenziale ma vecchio. Colazione insufficiente

Off season don't go. Nothing open. No place to go. 1 restaurant, same food everyday lunch and dinner. Snack bar not much. Swimming pool very nice. Whole pool to myself. But if you have kids, no lifeguard. Come go to desolate beach and they'd be out to see w/no one knowing. Noisy. No shuttle to airport. They take you to town but they also take your money. Do not recommend. Barely speak English too.

light bulbs toilet failure shower support to changed during our stay because not working water came out all parts except where go to out bed a square and half instead of a double bed the room was flooded due air conditioning two times and we are forced to change room one at one to night
