The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Please note that the sauna, fitness centre, and hot tub are not operated as regular inspections on the first Wednesday of every month. (The date may change depending on hotel conditions)

The First Floor Restaurant is open until 22:00.

Please note that the Kid's Playroom and Snooker Room are temporarily closed until further notice.

Children under 6 years old can be accompanied for free, but if there are more than 2 children, the guest has to pay additional KRW 44,000 per night.

1 child under 6 years can stay for free. Additional fee will be incurred if an extra bed is requested.
Additional expenses will be incurred for staying with 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child over 7 years of age. (Studio rooms can only be shared with one child.)

Please note that toothbrush/toothpaste set and razor are subject to availability for an additional charge of KRW 550 per toothbrush/toothpaste set and KRW 6600 per razor.

It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the swimming pool, and swimming caps can be purchased separately at the hotel.

Great accomodation in excellent location in central Seoul.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean accomodation, close to lots of restaurants and sights in Seoul. Easy access to Seoul station and subway. Could not rate Fraser Place highly enough.
