The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Property can only accept dogs for pets staying at the property.

Please note that the sauna, fitness centre, and hot tub are not operated as regular inspections on the first Wednesday of every month. (The date may change depending on hotel conditions)

The First Floor Restaurant is open until 22:00.

Please note that the Kid's Playroom and Snooker Room are temporarily closed until further notice.

Children under 6 years old can be accompanied for free, but if there are more than 2 children, the guest has to pay additional KRW 44,000 per night.

1 child under 6 years can stay for free. Additional fee will be incurred if an extra bed is requested.
Additional expenses will be incurred for staying with 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child over 7 years of age. (Studio rooms can only be shared with one child.)

Please note that toothbrush/toothpaste set and razor are subject to availability for an additional charge of KRW 550 per toothbrush/toothpaste set and KRW 6600 per razor.

It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the swimming pool, and swimming caps can be purchased separately at the hotel.

Lunch and dinner may not be available at a restaurant during weekends and holidays.

Расположение отличное, персонал приветливые, мужчина нас встретил, разговаривал на русском языке, номер нам понравился, просторный светлый, для семьи из 4 человек, дети большие подростки самое то! Бабушка уборщица такая милая!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with all facilities located close to the subway
Pros:

The apartment at Fraser Place was spacious with 2 bedrooms and spacious living room and kitchenette and 2 baths. The place was clean and comfortable and the stay was enjoyable

Cons:

There was no breakfast option with the room booking and breakfast was very expensive for the options and range it offered. Also the washing machine dryer did not work properly.

整體住宿經驗是好的，可惜這次的訂房過程有造成一些不舒服的感

訂房登記的信用卡未在當下發現不能夠國外刷卡，後來在扣款的時候沒有成功刷卡，因而被取消訂房，得知後趕緊第二次訂房，聯繫booking 客服盼能溝通是否以第一次訂房的價格付費，但是booking說要詢問飯店是否同意，而飯店卻說要詢問booking，有跟booking客服反應只有透過email通知，而沒有在Booking系統告知所面臨的問題，實則造成顧客的困擾。

Ohne die Baustelle wäre es gut gewesen.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer größtenteils sauber, in der Dusche hätte ich mir jedoch mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht.

Cons:

Gegenüber des Gebäudes ist eine Mega Baustelle. Mit Kind wurden wir davon täglich ab 6 Uhr morgens bis 8 Uhr abends gestört. Es gab keine Info dazu im Voraus.

City center, spacious hotel room with onsen, sauna.
Pros:

You can use facilities during your stay- onsen, sauna, gym. The location is pretty nice that you can walk around the city center in Seoul without taking a subway. The room was pretty wide and you could use kitchen stuff like silverware, microwave.

Cons:

The shower was not working properly while you could use onsen facility on B1 instead. The hotel provided basic service and others would be charged with extra fee- such as asking more water, toothpaste.
