Children under 6 years old can be accompanied for free, but if there are more than 2 children, the guest has to pay additional KRW 44,000 per night.
1 child under 6 years can stay for free. Additional fee will be incurred if an extra bed is requested.
Additional expenses will be incurred for staying with 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child over 7 years of age. (Studio rooms can only be shared with one child.)
Please note that toothbrush/toothpaste set and razor are subject to availability for an additional charge of KRW 550 per toothbrush/toothpaste set and KRW 6600 per razor.
It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the swimming pool, and swimming caps can be purchased separately at the hotel.

10 Minuten fußläufig vom Bahnhof entfernt. Bus Haltestelle direkt vorm Hotel. Auch die Metro ist leicht zu erreichen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, wenn auch nicht mehr 100 Prozent am neuesten Stand, das stört aber nicht da alles wie gesagt sehr sauber ist Personal top!
Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber die Baustellen rund ums Hotel sind auch nachts teilweise relativ laut. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Stadthotel.

Great, central location for those that want to travel around by taxi, foot, or publuc transport. Facilities (washing machine, kitchen, cutleries etc) are perfect for a long-term stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. Don't think we can find a better value hotel than this one.
Construction was ongoing next to the hotel - we weren't warned of this beforehand unfortunately.
Sauna facilities for the 2 weeks we were there for, which was disappointing.
The friendliness and service provided by the staff, both at the reception as well as the cleaners were amazing. The location is also very nice, nearby a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, cafe’s and public transport. The rooms are nice, good size and clean.

The location is great and the fact that there is a gym, pool and sauna is cool too. However had to pay for a swimcap because you can't go in without.
I've stayed in Fraser 15 years ago and the facilities have not been upgraded enough for modern standards.
The fridge kept opening on its own and beeping, no UBS plugs.
Be careful not to leave you re baby s favourite blanket bear in the bed because ours got lost in the laundry to great dislike of my daughter.
Clean apartment, catered well for a short stay visit
Unfortunately construction ongoing across from the apartment. Which was outside of their control.
We stayed at two bedrooms apartment on 4th floor. It was really spacious and quiet. Even though the room is face on the street, we hear no noise at all.
The water pressure was incredibly low, making it nearly impossible to wash long hair. The temperature was also inconsistent. Thankfully, the hotel sent a technician who spent an hour resolving the issue. Another downside was that there was only one hairdryer provided for two bathrooms, which was a bit of a hassle.
Was goed gelegen, vriendelijk personeel
Het hotel ligt gunstig ten opzichte van twee metrostations. Het is slechts één halte met de metro naar Seoul Station. Van daaruit kan je ook gebruik maken van de trein. Als je nog goed te been ben, dan kan je vanuit het hotel te voet meerdere paleizen, Hanoks en musea bezoeken. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Wij hebben elke dag buiten de deur ontbeten. Daar zijn genoeg mogelijkheden voor. Om die reden kunnen we niets over het ontbijt in hotel zeggen. Aan het hotel zit een koffietentje vast. Dat is erg handig. In de buurt zijn diverse tentjes waar je lekker kan eten. We hebben regelmatig de wasmachine en de strijkplank gebruikt. Heel handig voor een wat langer verblijf.
De matras was wat aan de harde kant. Uiteindelijk wen je er wel aan en kan je prima slapen. Het wc-papier wordt niet automatisch aangevuld. Dat moet je zelf in de gaten houden. Bel je erover dan wordt het wel binnen een half uur bezorgd.
We stayed for four nights; the first three were in a more affordable two-bedroom apartment, and we spent the final night in the Super Deluxe Two-Bedroom Apartment. The housekeeping staff was wonderful—they helped move our packed luggage to the new room for us, so we didn't have to waste any sightseeing time waiting for the room to be ready.
The upgraded unit on the 22nd floor offered more facilities, such as a dishwasher, though the space felt similar to our previous room. A minor frustration was that the provided instructions didn't align with the room's equipment. We also encountered the same low water pressure experienced on the 4th floor, but chose not to complain as it was our final night. Like the other room, there was only one hairdryer provided for two bathrooms.
