The First Floor Restaurant is open until 22:00.

Please note that the Kid's Playroom and Snooker Room are temporarily closed until further notice.

Children under 6 years old can be accompanied for free, but if there are more than 2 children, the guest has to pay additional KRW 44,000 per night.

1 child under 6 years can stay for free. Additional fee will be incurred if an extra bed is requested.
Additional expenses will be incurred for staying with 2 children under 6 years of age or 1 child over 7 years of age. (Studio rooms can only be shared with one child.)

Please note that toothbrush/toothpaste set and razor are subject to availability for an additional charge of KRW 550 per toothbrush/toothpaste set and KRW 6600 per razor.

It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the swimming pool, and swimming caps can be purchased separately at the hotel.

Lunch and dinner may not be available at a restaurant during weekends and holidays.

Excellent service/staff but rooms could be cleaner
Pros:

Excellent staff service. Quick response to customers concerns and took actions rapidly to resolve the issues. Good location for transportation.

Cons:

There were bugs found in 2 different rooms. One of the rooms was full of stuffy air that smelled like cats… One of the two rooms lacked a window.

Pros:

Πρόκειται για ένα φανταστικό ξενοδοχείο, με πολύ ευρύχωρα, πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν πλυντήριο/στεγνωτήριο, φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, ακόμα και συσκεύη για μαγείρεμα ρυζιού και μεγάλο ψυγειοκαταψύκτη. Οι εγκαταστάσεις της πισίνας ήταν πεντακάθαρες. Για να μπει κανείς απαιτείται σκουφάκι. Υπάρχει και μια μικρότερη πισίνα/τζακούζι με ζεστό νερό. Χωριστά για γυναίκες/άντρες υπάρχει σάουνα στην οποία εισέρχεται κανείς χωρίς ρούχα.Το γυμναστήριο διαθέτει αρκετά όργανα και βάρη. Κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο γίνονταν έργα την περίοδο που το επισκευτήκαμε και υπήρχε αρκετή φασαρία, ιδίως τις νυχτερινές ώρες. Πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία. Το προσωπικό ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό. Φάγαμε μεσημεριανό σε μπουφέ, στο κινέζικο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου, στον 23ο όροφο, το οποίο ήταν ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένο και νόστιμο. Οι υπάλληλοι του εστιατορίου μας φρόντισαν ιδιαίτερα!

Great location and lovely hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location for our first trip to Seoul and the hotel had everything we needed. We stayed in a Premier twin with a kitchenette and sliding doors to the bedroom part. We even had a washer dryer with detergent and rice cooker and microwave. Louise on reception especially helpful and all spoke English. We got a T card from the CU just around tge corner and all restaurants in the area were very good.
