El desayuno es muy bueno , la zona de las piscinas y el confort de la habitación
La iluminación de las instalaciones por la noche es muy escasa . El Bar solo está abierto hasta las 18:00 h y el restaurante buffet no me gustó ni la calidad ni la variedad
I didn’t like the service at the restaurant ,the staff was very unprofessional
-Camere con arredamento moderno, nuove, ben tenute e pulite. Dotazione ottima, macchina da caffe con capsule, acqua di cortesia, bollitore e ciabattine di cortesia( che abbiamo dovuto pero richiedere)
- Piscina principale molto pulita e bagnini sempre disponibili a soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza
- Colazione ottima, pranzo e cena al ristorante a buffet di buon livello, con rifornimento continuo delle pietanze.
- Location mozzafiato, tanto verde ben curato intorno alla struttura
- Ottimo servizio carico e scarico bagagli.
- il Front office colleziona disastri su disastri, al check in abbiamo deciso di prolungare il soggiorno di una notte, ci confermano disponibilità e stessa tariffa delle altre notti gia prenotate. Peccato che l’ultimo giorno ci ritroviamo addebitata sulla carta di credito la notte aggiuntiva senza alcun consenso e in piu ci hanno bloccato la chiave della stanza, il tutto senza avvisarci. Il receptionist al check in è stato parecchio superficiale a non comunicarci che il saldo andava effettuato prima e non in fase di check out insieme ad eventuali altri extra . Inoltre al check out ci avevano addebitato erroneamente la cena alla pizzeria del resort che invece era compresa nel pacchetto pensione completa, quindi fate molta attenzione con gli addebiti extra, ho notato che anche altri ospiti si lamentavano di questo aspetto.
- l’illuminazione serale va migliorata, troppe zone buie nei sentieri che portano agli alloggi
- Mancanza di cestini per i rifiuti in tutto il resort e nella zona piscina, questo avvantaggia gli zozzoni che si sentono leggittimati ad abbandonare qualsiasi tipo di rifiuto, che poi veniva rimosso dai bagnini o dagli altri collaboratori del resort
- Troppe barriere architettoniche, nessun ascensore, gli alloggi al piano superiore sono raggiungibili solo tramite scale, complicato quindi per persone con disabilità motoria o per famiglie con bambini e passeggini.
- Discesa a mare su scogliera con scaletta non adatta per famiglie con bambini piccoli, c’è pero una secret bay dove è possibile fare un tuffo con i bambini anche più piccoli in quanto l’accesso è piu agevole.

Meiner Meinung nach wird der Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels nicht vollständig erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter grüssten nicht immer, und es war überraschend, dass wir vom Parkplatz nicht abgeholt wurden mit dem Gepäck, obwohl ein Portier beim Eingang nach unserem Namen fragte.
God varieret morgenmad. Fantastisk udsigt. Flot værelse. Moderne indretning af hele hotellet. Ingen kamp om solsenge hverken ved pool eller havet.
Man kunne ikke rigtigt få en reservation til en restaurant på dagen, så man skulle vide det dagen før hvis man ville have et bord til en af deres “reservation only” restauranter.
Lejebil er en god ide hvis man ikke planlægger at spise og drikke ved hotellet.
La struttura è molto bella e tutto è curato nei dettagli. Personale, servizi e cibo al top. Ci ritorneremo. Grazie e complimenti!
The view was great and the food was quite good .
Service was lacking
Definitely not 5 star. Standard rooms are very small and claustrophobic due to lack of windows. No place to hang wet towels or to dry clothes. This for approximately 340€ a night. Asked if there was an upgrade available. Reception said it was fully booked despite booking.com showing several better room types. Main pool was fine, but crowded. There’s a kids pool and an adult-only pool, which looks like a kids pool. The restaurants.. no service. 2/3 nights the main restaurant was closed for private events. The service at the pizza restaurant was so bad, multiple people left and some people got their pizzas extremely late, yet before their drinks arrived. Had to leave the resort twice late at night in order to be able to eat. Same story for lunch at mediterra (drink service) and lime bar. For the smokers: no smoking allowed at any of the restaurants. Otherwise the ‘beach’ is decent. Not easy to get in the water though but nice view from the pool. There were some very nice people; the gentleman that welcomed us and showed us to reception. Also the lady behind pool bar and waitress at the pool were great. Girl at reception also very friendly.

We had the most unforgettable stay at Mangia’s Brucoli Resort – a stunning luxury retreat nestled in the heart of Sicilian nature. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by breathtaking views, lush greenery, and a truly peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind and relax.
A special mention must go to Claudia, the resort manager, whose warmth and professionalism truly elevated our experience. She made us feel welcome and taken care of every single day – always with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed.
Breakfasts at the resort are absolutely exceptional – a real highlight of our stay. Every morning was a delight thanks to the perfect cappuccino made by the lovely Mrs. Nella (honestly, one of the best we’ve ever had!) and the delicious freshly made crepes by Graziella, who brought a touch of joy and authenticity to each morning.
The resort caters wonderfully to both couples looking for romance and families with children wanting fun and relaxation. There’s a great balance of privacy, comfort, and activities for all ages.
We can’t wait to return – this place truly feels like a slice of paradise in Sicily. Highly recommended!
Struttura centralissima, ideale per chi vuole vivere il centro di Favignana senza dover usare mezzi. Pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente. La colazione buona. Lo staff è stato davvero accogliente, professionale, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema.
Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Paolo, che ha gestito con grande disponibilità un cambio camera: quella prenotata tramite Booking era in una struttura separata rispetto a dove si trovavano i nostri amici, e grazie al suo intervento siamo riusciti a stare tutti insieme.
Un grazie di cuore anche ad Arsace, che con grande senso di responsabilità ha ritrovato e custodito il nostro borsello, smarrito per distrazione all’esterno dell’hotel. Un gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato!
