Très bien, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour et tout particulièrement le cadre, magnifique et très agréable.

La restauration est variée et de qualité, avec un bon choix de plats, il y a 6 restaurants au total (celui de sushi est incroyable). Les infrastructures sont très bien entretenues et l’ensemble de l’établissement est propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et confortables.

Le personnel est également un vrai point fort : serviable, souriant et sympathique.

Les trois piscines sont très agréables. Elles sont grandes, bien entretenues et l’eau est chaude, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable.

Enfin, un énorme coup de cœur pour la crèche ! Quelle belle surprise à notre arrivée, surtout avec notre bébé de 14 mois. Les animatrices ont été formidables, très attentionnées, avec un encadrement d’un enfant par professionnelle. Notre petit s’y est beaucoup amusé et nous avons pu profiter de quelques moments de détente en toute sérénité.

Pour finir, nous avons eu l’occasion de faire part de nos remarques à Mme Martina, responsable de l’accueil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son écoute et la qualité de nos échanges. Elle a d’ailleurs pris le temps de nous saluer lors de notre départ, une attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. L’échange a été constructif et témoigne d’une réelle volonté de prendre en compte les retours des clients.

Une très belle expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Cons:

Pour un resort, nous nous attendions toutefois à davantage d’animations en journée pour les adultes, ainsi qu’à une programmation plus variée en soirée. Sur nos 6 nuits, nous avons notamment eu le même duo de musiciennes pendant 4 soirées consécutives, ce qui a quelque peu limité la diversité des animations proposées.

Increible sitio para desaparecer unos dias; todo genial
Pros:

La ubicacion, la exclusividad… buffet de desayuno increible… los restaurantes estab bien, cartas muy escuetas… El unico pero, el calor que se pasa en los exteriores… (he ido en Agosto)

si te toca la zona pinus* de habitacion preparate hacer 900m cada vez que tengas que ir… se hace pesado

Gli spazi esterni, in particolare la posizione e la vista del sushi bar e in generale di tutte le terrazze sul mare.

Cons:

Un aspetto che forse potrebbe essere valorizzato è l’offerta culinaria in una componente più autenticamente siciliana con un ristorante a la carte più ricercato di quelli attualmente proposti. Così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più identitaria e rappresentativa del territorio.

Fantástico
Pros:

El lugar es un auténtico espectáculo. Es precioso todo. El desayuno es uno de los mejores que he probado y el personal es absolutamente encantador.
El sistema de reservar los restaurantes es súper sencillo y se puede reservar el mismo día por la mañana.

Cons:

La entrada al mar es bastante peligrosa y resbaladiza deberían mejorarlo.

D’abord l’équipe, dévouée et très sympathique, ensuite l’emplacement très joli, enfin un confort très correct.

L'asilo per i piccoli accoglie bimbi da 4 mesi in sù ed avendo noi 2 gemelle di 9 mesi questo servizio è il top per una vacanza in completo relax...stanze, piscine, servizi igienici puliti. Ristorante al buffet con personale qualificato,disponibile, cibo abbondante e di qualità. Recepition e fattorini disponibili e molto gentili.

Scivoli per rendere le zone più accessibili a poscine e servizi vari magari dove ci sono gradini creare una parte con scivoli...abbiamo 2 bimbe piccole e i percorsi con scivoli sono più lunghi ed essendo il villaggio molto grande ci siamo stancati un pò

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und ist qualitativ sehr ordentlich. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Zugang zum Meer. Die Felsen am Strand sind sehr rutschig, und leider wurde nichts unternommen, um einen sicheren Einstieg ins Wasser zu ermöglichen. Dadurch ist der Zugang zum Meer teilweise unangenehm und gefährlich.

Kahvalti ve diger ogunler harikaydi. Farkli restaurantlarda secim yapabilmek farkli bir esneklikti. Calisan personeller yardimsever, temizlik on plandaydi.

Cons:

Denize ulasmak uygun bir platform ya da yurume yolu olmamasindan dolayi biraz zor. Cocuk ile tehlikeli olabilir. Bizim icin sorun olmadi ama otel duvarlarinda gorulen kertenkeleler herkesin hosuna gitmeyebilir.

Really enjoyed the hotel and its facilities
Pros:

Facilities were good, especially the padel courts and pools. Breakfast was very well organised and variety of food was also good and fresh.

Cons:

Areas around the bedrooms could be cleaner especially outside the rooms. Some of the restaurants were only open on weekends

Entspannter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Konzept der Unterkunft zog sich wie ein roter Faden durch alle Bereiche.

Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent.

Das Essen was man kaufen konnte war ebenfalls sehr gut. Genauso wie das große Frühstücksbüffet (Von Brot über Süßigkeiten bis herzhaftere Leckereien).
