Atrašanās pie jūras, skaisti skati uz jūras līcišiem, skats uz Etnu. Atrašanā vieta vertējama ar 5*. Plaša baseina zona, liels baseins, no kura skats uz jūru, Etnu. Ļoti plaša zaļā zona, kur novietoti sauļošanās krēsli. Liels bērnu baseins, piemērots arī pašiem mazākajiem. Bērnu spēļu zona. Plašs sporta komplekss, pastaigu takas plašajā teritorijā. Klusa vieta. Fitnesa/ jogas centrs ar dadzpusīgu nodarbību klāstu. Laba kafija ( tikai tā jāprasa, lai pagatavo bērmenis ( brokastu zālē), no kafijas automāta - nav kvalitatīva. Brokastis labas, ēdienu un produktu daudzveidība pietiekama, atbilst vairāk kā 4*. siltais ēdiens ir vēss, jo sildvirsmas ir vāji siltas ( pēc aizrādījuma, situācija uzlabojās). Bet var pie pavāra pasūtīt sev tīkamo omletes kombināciju. Viesnīca piedāvā arī pusdienas un vakariņas ( pusdienas--neizmantojam). Vakariņas bufetes tipa - 4*, siltais ēdiens atkal vēss , izvēlē - zivs, vista, cūkgaļa, liellops. Dārzeņi , kartupeļi, makaroni, svaigie salāti, dažādas uzkodas un salāti, augļi, sulas, kūkas, saldie ēdieni, saldējums. Bet noskaņai pietrūkst 5* izsmalcinātības pēc Eiropas standatiem. Ir pieejams restorāns ar menu. Sezonas laikā ārzonā darbojās arī picērija, suši bars. Laipns personāls, kas orientēts uz saskarsmi ar klientu. Pieņemu, ka kompleksa koncepts veidots - tuvāk dabai, zināma vienkāršība, bet tajā pat laikā pietiekami plašs pakalpojumu klāsts, lai katrs atrastu sev tīkamo vietu un nodarbi, netraucējot viens otram.

Cons:

Komplekss būvēts savādā stilā, ēkai pamatā 2.stāvi, (daļēji pazemes stāvs pakalpojumu zona). Standarta numuriņa platība maza - 23-24 kvm, daudzo leņķu un stūru dēļ nav vietas čemodāniem, istaba tumša, ar vēsuma un mitruma sajūtu ( maija sākums). Akmens grīdas - aukstas. Tas jāņem vērā, ja izmanto nesezonā. Vietām grūti pārvietoties ar bērnu ratiņiem, kāpņu dēļ. Tas ir nedaudz neloģiski, ja viesnīcai ir jauks bēnu baseins un bērnu spēļu komplekss. Teritorijā puķu dobēs ir nezāles.

El personal es todo encantador y muy profesional, especialmente recepción y guest service. Hacen muy buen trabajo y son muy cálidos. Cama enorme y muy cómoda. Buen mantenimiento de todos los espacios y la habitación. La habitación está muy bien cuidada hasta el último detalle. El hotel es muy bonito, se nota que es un hotel joven, para lo bueno y lo no tan bueno.

Cons:

La oferta gastronómica, a excepción del desayuno. Solo tenía un bar abierto.

Tolles wunderschön gelegenes Resort mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Super Essen, freundliche und professionelle Bedienu

Fantastisch gelegen. Hoteleigener Strand. Wunderschön angelegt. Zimmer mit Meerblick hatte alles. Schön eingerichtet. Riesige Dusche und Badezimmer.
Sonst eher etwas klein.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gigantisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen!
An der Lime-Bar wurden wir fürstlich bedient von Massimo und seinem Team. Immer sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Die Liegestuhlkissen am Erwachsenen Pool waren nicht sauber. Man sieht schon Spuren des Salzwassers und einige unfertige Projekte unten am Meer.

Very Nice hotel and people
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, and the 40-meter pool is very pleasant. The staff is incredibly attentive: Giulia, Chiara, Massimo (Lime), Miriam (al Grano), Luciano and Anastasia (Bistrot), among others. Landscapes and views are idyllic. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

However, improvements could be made to match the perfect level. particularly regarding the speed of service in the restaurants and bar; sometimes it's very slow, even when there aren't many people. We were disapointed that 2/4 restaurants were closed. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, as you can hear people talking outside at 2:00 AM and getting up at 6:00 AM. Finally, the tennis courts are slippery due to leaves and the (perforated) fencing that falls onto the court. Plan to have a car as you won't be able to visit anything on foot or by bus.

1100 km durch das "echte" Sizilien
Pros:

Das Personal im gesamten Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage des Hotels ist sehr abgelegen aber dafür ruhig. Wir hatten ein Mietauto und waren deshalb sehr flexibel.

Cons:

unser Zimmer lag ziemlich weit hinten, also hatten wir schon mal einen gemütlichen Spaziergang ins Haupthaus. Der Fernseher ging - angeblich aufgrund eines Internetproblems - die ganze Woche nicht. Zum Duschen hatten wir nur lauwarmes Wasser, obwohl ein Handwerker einmal danach fragte. Im Zimmer waren überall Spinnweben, anscheinend waren wir die ersten Gäste nach der Winterpause. Eigentlich wäre das Frühstück hervorragend gewesen - es war leider nur alles eiskalt, ebenso beim Abendbuffet, welches wir einmal probiert haben. Eine Bar gab es leider nur im Außenbereich, wo es sehr windig und im April auch noch sehr kalt war.
