Sono stati quattro giorni favolosi
Pros:

Lo staff erano favolosi e il cibo di buona qualità , soprattutto il cibo per arrosto sia a pranzo che a cena e per chi aveva all inclusive poteva sfruttare i tre bar con i cocktail, birra e tanto altro.

Cons:

Acqua sulfurea non faceva intravedere la bellezza della piscina

Pros:

A parte la disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutto il personale non ho trovato nulla che mi faccia pensare che un giorno potrò ritornare. L'animazione pressoché assente (forse perché la prima settimana di settembre ), alle 1730 staccavano la musica in piscina e portavano via la cassa, da quel momento in poi un "mortorio". Se andavano a fare qualche altra attività non lo sappiamo perché non dicevano nulla. La qualitá del cibo di una mediocrità assoluta, con quei prodotti nemmeno Cracco e Massari avrebbero fatto di meglio. Tra l'altro, l'ultimo giorno vomito e scariche di diarrea mi hanno fatto compagnia. A conferma che il personale è gentile e disponibile, mi hanno concesso di lasciare la stanza anche oltre le 10:00. Mi dispiace per loro, se lavorassero presso un'altra struttura avrebbero più soddisfazioni.

Bellissima vacanza

L'accoglienza alla reception; La vista della camera; Le due piscine; la spiaggia; la gentilezza del personale dei bar (Tony, Dany Giovanni, Peppe, Rosalia,Giusy, Alex, Roberto); Enrico il bagnino; le donne delle pulizie sempre sorridenti (le camere ogni giorno erano pulitissime); l'animazione per grandi e piccini (Sara, Giorgia). Ma la vera perla è stata il responsabile della struttura, Alessandro, che ci ha fotto trascorrere una bellissima vacanza.

Purtroppo la partenza, che è stata abbastanza triste.

Pros:

È una struttura che ha davvero tutto: ristorante con cibo buono e sempre vario, mini club molto operativo, impianti sportivi, animazione che organizza spettacoli serali e balli. Un po' cara la richiesta di 30 euro a notte per la presenza del nostro cagnolino che non poteva venire con noi proprio dappertutto. Eccessivo dunque il pet service che non offre nulla di concreto, solo una ciotola in camera.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni stupendi. Dalla colazione alla cena tutto impeccabile, grande varietà, gusto e qualità. Il resort fa felici grandi e piccini grazie ad una animazione super divertente e premurosa con tutti gli ospiti. NAGI, GIORGIA, CLAUDIA, BUBBA,... UN GRAN TEAM... grazie mille e a presto

Pros:

La mia esperienza è stata fantastica, le passeggiate nell'enorme parco, i giri con il trenino per andare in spiaggia,la piscina interna ed esterna riscaldata, tutto meraviglioso il pranzo a buffet assortito e sempre diverso ...un'esperienza da rifare...l'animazione dei bambini eccezionale con Hajar, il karaoke la sera, dove mia nipote s'è divertita a cantare....tutto bello...personale cordiale.

Good stay
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Food was very Italian but tasty abd decent choice. The beautiful beach is definitely the biggest advantage. Rooms were big, clean and well maintained. A welcome bottle of bubbly in our room was a nice touch. We got a bottle of wine too before departure. The hotel is quite small and accessible so easy for people with reduced mobility. The beach shuttle was frequent and definitely needed as beach was quite far. Overall we had a good stay.

Cons:

All inclusive does not cover the beach bar which was very disappointing. The entertainment team blasting music every morning by the pool made us not use the facilities at all. The main woman in charge of entertainment was annoyingly loud both mornings and evenings by the bar. You just could not get away from her as there was only one bar. I agree with comments that hotel looks a bit tired ans needs a refurbishment. There was also a bad smell coming from the corridor leading to the pool area. They definitely have a problem with drains. There were also some homeless dogs in front of the hotel sleeping rough which was quite upsetting for a few people.
