The location is good, the restaurant is good (but this may not "belong to Kyriad"). The staff is mostly supportive.

Cons:

They say I would have WIFI in the entire hotel. However WIFI was not available for me in the lobby. It looks like WIFI was only available in the lobby for Campanile hotel customers. But since Kyriad and the other are sharing lobbies, I should have been provided with WIFI.

They indicate that I should ASK for the room to be cleaned (as it would be optional). We asked on the arrival and the person said my room would only be cleaned from the third day. On the third day the beds were not cleaned. During several days I had to come down to the lobby and ask for towels as it was missing the number for each guest. Since we have kids this was very annoying.

Our keys did not work to have the elevator bring us up, thus requiring a lobby personnel to be required to let us up ALL THE TIME.

Nada porque no conocí el kyriad solo por fuera...estaba en reformas y lo dicen luego de aceptar la reserva...así que muy decepcionados todos 😤

Cons:

No te hacen la habitación...ni te hacen la cama ..te dejan papel higiénico del cliente anterior ...un asco 😑por ese lado...y solo te dejan papel y te cambian toallas si acaso....tiras las toallas o terminas el papel...
No estuvimos en el hotel en si... porque estaba en reformas y nos hospedaron en campanile..q cada vez q querías subir a tu habitación tenían q venir de recepción y darle a una llave para poder subir...en fin no volveré ni al kyriad ni al campanile ni lo recomiendo.👎

Pros:

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Everything is in excellent working condition.

Cons:

Breakfast doesn't worth to pay for it. It's better to go to a cafe nearby. This kind of breakfast is usually included.
Would be great to have access to hot drinking water at least downstairs

Estaba más o menos bien ubicado y la habitación estaba limpia.

Cons:

El hotel estaba en obras y nos tocó entrar todos los días por otro hotel. Dabas mucha vuelta y el ascensor no funciona bien y algunos inquilinos hacían mucho ruido hasta tarde y no se podía descansar bien.

Cons:

Ascenseur impossible à utiliser : l'hôtel où j'ai réservé était en travaux, il fallait donc passer par l'hôtel à coté pour accéder à ma chambre. Du coup le pass de ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas sur l'ascenseur. Malgré toute la bonne volonté du personnel qui utilisait leur pass pour que l'ascenseur puisse se mettre en route, il était défaillant : plus de 10 minutes pour un étage, aussi bien en montée qu'en descente... J'ai demandé à utiliser les escaliers, soit disant impossible. J'ai fini par les trouver de moi même, ils étaient effectivement sales de poussières et de débris dûs aux travaux mais pas inutilisables.
Petit déjeuner limité en choix et paniers vides : devoir réclamer plusieurs fois un verre, une assiette ou que la corbeille de pain soit à nouveau remplie n'est pas digne du prix payé.
