Podria ser mucho mucho mejor con una supervison a cuartos (limpieza y olor de cañerias)

El olor de la habitacion a caño fue espantoso se ve que no han limpiado las cañerias en años Creo hay que renovarlo
El elevador tenia seguridad para algunos pisos pero no para el mio lo cual me parece riesgoso pues cualquiera puede entrar

Cómoda, segura, comida rica, lo disfruté mucho
Pros:

Muy lindas las instalaciones. Solo la regadera tiene un tema, el silicon ( una parte) ya con hongo. Lo reporte pero no lo arreglaron durante mi estancia ( han 3515) lo demás espectacular. La cama súper!!!!

Perfect location but not five-star quality
Pros:

The location was perfect! Direct access to Fashion Drive and Plaza Fiesta thru a hidden hallway.

The entrance is beautiful and the room is spacious. The staff was kind.

Cons:

The smell in the hallway (floor 26) was terrible, like a skunk. We were there for two days and it stunk during the whole time :((

The mattress was too soft, you sink right in.
The bathroom doors are tinted glass but you can still see-thru.

Si lo recomiendo
Pros:

El hotel es muy cómodo, la relación costo-beneficio es muy buena, sobre todo por la zona porque se encuentra junto al fashion drive y tiene entrada directa a la plaza. Lo recomiendo.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue el restaurante del hotel, el personal fue grosero, nos sacaron diciendo que había lista de espera cuanto tenían muchas mesas vacías y cuando les dijimos eso nos dijeron de manera grosera y golpeada que estaban sucias pero que adelante nos sentaramos en una mesa sucia. De nuevo todo esto de forma muy grosera, por lo que nos fuimos a desayunar a otro lugar. En frente hay un lugar que se llama Mon Paris de desayunos super rico que recomiendo.

Pros:

Súper rápido el check in y más aún el check out. Las camas son súper cómodas, la insonorización al exterior es excelente y al interior aceptable. La ducha es un gusto así que en conjunto es súper confortable.

Cons:

Las moquetas, que siempre me han parecido anti higiénicas. Pero es lo que hay.
