el Gym sigue sin atencion, la bici urge mantenimiento, toallas de la alberca tiradas por horas en el piso del gym, por lo tanto no habia disponibles para la alberca, alberca turbia , cojines de camastros enbodegados en baño de mujeres , uno tenia que ir por ellos...
el canal para consultar menu room service esta inhabilitado...

The suite was excellent, big with a Living room. The bathroom with the doble sink and closet was excellent too. Having access to the mall and the restaurants in Fashion Drive was a plus too.
The cleaning was not the best, the tub was dirty from from before we got there. We had an unresolved issue with the restaurant. We had paid for 2 people stay with the breakfast and after three days they had a communication issue with the lobby and restaurant and started to charge me for one person. I didn't even fight it, because I was annoyed.

Esta viejo. No tiene mantenimiento. Mi cuarto estaba exageradamente sucio. Se ve que tenían mucho tiempo sin limpiar bien.
Las camaristas no tienen aspiradora.
El piso abajo de las camas tenía basura, polvo pelos, atrás del buró había una botella de agua vacía y un kleenex tirado, atrás del mueble de la tele había juguetes tirados, había un pedazo de una pestaña postiza en el baño donde ponen los kleenex, en el cuarto basura, una estampa de las que usan para los granitos de la cara pegada en la regadera. Nunca en mi vida había estado en un hotel tan sucio. Tuve que limpiar los muévela del baño antes de poner mis cosas. Ni se diga el piso abajo de mi cama. Me dio asco dormir ahí. En el otro cuarto donde estaban mis familiares, se tapó el escusado y se salió toda el agua. Tan mal estuvo que nos cambiaron a dos suites.
El servicio malo y muy lento.
En fin nunca en mi vida me vuelvo a quedar en un Barceló.
