Lugar caro; pedí cambiar la caja fuerte y que me llamaran un taxi y me ignoraron

1/ Ubicación. 2/ Habitaciones muy amplias, y con un escritorio grande.

Cons:

1/ Olor a caño en la habitación. 2/ El servicio: (a) La caja fuerte no funcionaba. Subió alguien a verla, me dijo que tenía que llamar a seguridad porque estaba bloqueada. Era de noche tarde, me quedé esperando y no respondían. Tuve que llamar yo para que me respondieran. (b) Me dijeron que iban a pasar al otro día, yo les dije que estaba OK pero no iba a estar. Nunca fueron; ni ese día ni el siguiente. (c) Cuando hice el check out pregunté cuándo tardaba si llamaban a un taxi autorizado, porque iba a necesitar facturar. En lugar de preguntarme más o llamar, una persona de recepción me dijo que ahí nomás había un taxi listo pero (i) no eran un taxi, era un coche sin marcas; (ii) me dio un precio alto, y cuando le dije que necesita pagar con tarjeta y facturar me lo subió 30% más.

Me decepcionó el cambio
Pros:

La ubicación la conozco y me gusta, siempre me he hospedado en ese lugar y prefiero que sea de la cadena Camino Real a una nueva que desconozco

Cons:

Que haya cambiado a otra cadena; sin embargo, lo que menos me gusto es que peguen los shampoo, enjuague y cremas a la pared como si fuese un hotel de paso. Peor aun que no pongan jabones en barra, estamos en México no un país en el que no se talla la gente cuando se baña. Los tapetes de baño, mas chicos que las toallas de manos =(

Hotel cómodo y agradable
Pros:

Es un hotel grande con todo lo necesario para sentirte a gusto durante tu estancia.
El personal es super amable y te ayuda en lo que necesites.
Las habitaciones y las camas son muy cómodas.
La ubicación no está mal, teniendo en cuenta que es Monterrey y necesitas moverte en coche para todo.

Cons:

En algunas zonas del hotel se escucha un ruido como de salida de aire de un parking que está enfrente, puede resultar algo molesto si intentas relajarte en la piscina, por ejemplo.

Pros:

Close to all the restaurants and mall. And also parking.

Cons:

Place looks outdated. Room had. Smell. Just felt like it’s an older hotel and hasn’t been renovated.

The room was big and the bed was comfy. Free coffee and water.
The gym room and heated pool are nice.
Breakfast is good but a bit expensive.

Cons:

No complementary amenities in the bathroom.
Room cleaning service was a bit hectic, knocking on the door at 9am, and just opening the door. Plus cleaning is a bit superficial.
