Pros:

Great location in the center within walkable distance of many restaurants and there is a huge shopping complex just next door.

Cons:

The noise from the corridors gets into the room and this could be improved by making the doors better insulated.

era mejor la administracion del camino real ,opinión constructiva

preguntamos por la temperatura del agua de la alberca y nos dijeron que si estaba climatizada ,hemos ido varias veces a estar en la alberca y siempre esta calientita y ahora nos confirmaron que si ,pero estaba fría ,el clima no servía del cuarto y nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 2 de la mañana

El restaurante, toda la comida estaba muy rica. Precio accesible.

Cons:

Sugerencia, mejor limpieza del baño, habia partes manchadas que parecía sarro o mugre acumulada. Y el baño no tiene privacidad, apesar de la película de la puerta roja, creo deberian ponerlo esmerilado o algo asi.

que me cobraron una propina no se de que y con la persona que hablamos de cuentas por cobrar diego sanches no le impórto resolver la situacion reserve con desayuno incluido y siempre se dejo popina en efectivo por que las propinas no las pueden facturar asi que no supe de que me cobraron y tengo que pagar esa propina de mi bolsa por que la empresa requiere factura

Pros:

Nice hotel. Older property. Pool nice but very sheltered. Very limited access to sun.

Cons:

A/C didn’t work. But they quickly moved me to a better larger room. Not pleasant smell needs to be addressed at entry area.
