Pros:

Multiple time guest of this hotel! Always appreciate the location, cost, and free breakfast. We also run hot so we love a good working AC. It's a great value and kid friendly. We'll be back ^_^

Cons:

We love this pool, however during this stay, the small kids pool section was closed off and a sign said it was shut down by the health department or something.....ew. don't love that. And as always, the arcade is ridiculous. Very much needs an upgrade.

I've stayed in Wyndham hotels all over the states never had an experience like this.
Cons:

One of the worst stays I've encountered at a hotel hot in the common areas (hallways,breakfast room) as Air Conditioning was not working, kiddy pool out of order, hand sanitizer empty with dead batteries, Ice Machines not operational other than lobby, Thermostat in room not operational, no rollaway beds as all were broken according to staff with maintenance in this hotel I believe.

Best bang for your buck
Pros:

The indoor pool, the proximity to the attractions and the size of the room.

Cons:

It appeared as if location was a bit short staffed as it took awhile for a spill in the elevator to be cleaned.

Wouldn’t start again, disappointed

We mainly stayed their due to the indoor pool but when we went to the pool it was almost impossible to sit in their without eye pain and smelling chlorine significantly even after you leave. It was so strong we could smell it on the second floor. I understand the need for it but it shouldn’t hurt to sit in the pool area.
Rooms had a “cute” modern feel but there was holes in multiple spots of our floor. You would step and drop into a hole. Floors didn’t seem like they were vacuumed and sheets had stains on them. Also stayed for complimentary breakfast, it was disappointing. It was multiple people waiting in line to make a waffle, but there was several people and 3 make your own waffle makers, it was messy and busy, besides that there was sausage fried eggs and 3 types of cereal with packaged muffins. It was dirty and people were everywhere. People were without shoes in the food area.
It does have potential but I wouldn’t say again.

Kids did enjoyed the game room and the breakfast option so that made up for not being able to enjoy the pool area

Cons:

Was disappointed that the kiddie pool was closed due to maintenance and the chlorine in the pool area was too strong, it irritated mine and my husband skin and my daughter cried that her eyes burned

Nous n'y retournerons plus.
Pros:

L'hôtel était beau et nous avons adoré le fait d'avoir 3 grands lits qui pouvait accueillir une famille de 5 personnes sans avoir une personne qui dort sur le divan. La terrasse extérieure était bien aussi.

Cons:

La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer. Il y avait plusieurs taches sur les couvertures et les tables de chevet n'avaient pas été nettoyées. Nous avons trouvé des papiers des anciens clients qui étaient avant nous dans la chambre sur le tapis. Les murs, la cage d'ascenseur et les tapis du passage étaient vraiment sales. Il y avait des traces de saletés partout dans l'hôtel! Nous avons aussi été déçus du déjeuner. Le café goûtait l'eau et il n'y avait aucun changement de menu à chaque jour. Nous avons connu nettement meilleur dans d'autres hôtels du genre. Malheureusement pour nous et les autres clients de l'hôtel, il y a eu aussi beaucoup de tapage jusqu'à minuit samedi soir dans le stationnement de l'hôtel. Une bande d'adolescentes jouaient au football dans le stationnement à travers les voitures des clients et elles ont hurlé pendant plus d'une heure. Le personnel n'est jamais intervenu et lorsque nous nous sommes présentés à la réception de l'hôtel, personne n'était en poste pour nous répondre. Nous avons donc dû retourner à notre chambre et attendre que le bruit cesse.

Good comfortable stay with a decent breakfast
Pros:

Hotel was great, comfortable room and had everything I needed. I chose this Hotel as I was only 2min away from meeting location which was ideal.
Breakfast was good but didn't use the pool or gym etc.

Cons:

It's unfortunate that there isn't a option tp have an evening meal at the hotel, even if it was just a toasted sandwich or simple pizza etc.
Arriving late at the hotel, I then needed to venture out again for a meal.
My room was equipped with a kitchenette but there wasn't any wash up up liquid or cloths to wash used dirty dishes. These were not washed by house keeping during my stay which isn't expected, but it would have good to clean up after myself.... unless I missed it.
