How bad can the best room get? Really Bad...
Pros:

Breakfast, pool, and the suite layout.

Cons:

The room was not ready for occupancy. Fridge didn't work, ice machine was unplugged, as were several lights in room. Carpet was filthy, shower floor was stained and mildewed like crazy. Used plastic fork with dried rotten food And mold. Was found under heater.

Had to by $50 of cleaning supplies to address situation. Why let the same people who let it slide fix it? Clearly they are not very good at it.

It was not good at all.
Pros:

Nothing. The kiddie pool was down and nobody even told us before booking. The pool room you could barely be in for more then five minutes without your eyes water because the amount of chemicals they use in the pool. You can smell the pool chemicals throughout the whole place. The pool heater was broken yet again they have always falsely advertised heated pool. JUST KNOW ITS NOT HEATED IT NEVER HAS BEEN.

Cons:

In the time we were there I had to go down the front desk multiple times because the people in the room next to us kept letting there door slam every two minutes or so. They didn’t try to resolve the issue at all they didn’t offer to move us. The door slamming continued our whole stay and was not okay. I have three kids. The rooms were nasty there was garbage under the couch and chairs in the room. There was food and drinks splattered all over the walls in the room. There was long black hair in the shower and all over the floor where the toliet was. I shouldn’t have to clean a bathroom before letting my family use it but had to… they don’t accommodate to anything and they won’t move rooms even when you tell them the rooms dirty. I am very unsatisfied with my stay and will never be returning again! It was a waste of 400 dollars. Not worth it. Don’t stay here!

I’ve stayed here multiple times. I’ve had problems each time but staff are helpful.

Will stay again.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Pool & hot tub were excellent, as was the breakfast! Got a good online price.

Cons:

The toilet in the bathroom had a ring in it and the mirror had spots on it. The room was too warm & it took too long to cool off.

Great place , staff was helpful.
Pros:

Large room , clean setup

Cons:

The bed was way too soft and couldn't sleep due to that. I was there for 2 days so the cleaning team came in and gave me new towels, or gave us two towels extra with new shampoos while they left the bed in tatters I did not reset the sheets.

Terrible experience your staff needs more training and how to treat people.

Cons:

When we first arrived and asked about our reservation, the lady at the counter was very rude. She said she couldn’t find it, but yet she looked in the Booking.com app on the computer and she found it. She was very rude about telling us we couldn’t check in till after 3 o’clock because the motel was full, which was fine. She just didn’t have to be so rude. We understand that people have to clean but being rude like she was, was this absolutely not OK then coming to the evening kids running up and down the hall from probably 330 to about 9:00 PM yelling ready let’s go running up and down the halls we complained about it and left to go to dinner when we came back. They were still doing it, but I guess they were spoke to because after a while they had stopped just a bad experience altogether. I know the guy at the counter could hear the kids screaming and yelling down the halls because we could hear them down at the desk and it was just ridiculous. I mean I get that their kids and they’re excited but also running up and down the halls like a bunch of wild people it’s just ridiculous and we’re not the only ones that complained another room also complained because not everybody comes to the motel to go to the pool or see a bunch of kids running. Some people are just passing through and would like to relax and it’s kind of hard when you have kids, screaming and yelling in the hallway and nothing being done about it. also took a shower and had no hot water when I said something about it this morning to the lady she said oh well look into it so I wasn’t even five minutes into the shower before the water got cold. She didn’t seem to care.

We loved our stay but the building should keep up more in there pool room, house keeping, and arcade.
