Great hotel in downtown St Pete
Pros:

Great experience at hotel. The valet guys Bailey and Sebastian were super helpful and provided great customer service.

Pros:

The location was convenient over all. But behind the hotel is a church for homeless. And theres a park the next street over which is also all homeless people and they were yelling and cursing causing chaos. The area isn't very good over all because of the homeless. The hotel is a historic district hotel. Reonivated into a marriott. But location is 5 blocks down to the pier and beach drive.

Cons:

They charge you 10 dollars for an extra hour of check out later each hour. All other hotels I stayed at never charge a extra fee for a hour check out. No one was even in the hotel so that and the fact the location is near the homeless church. Overall wouldn't come back. The pool was only 3 feet deep wasn't even heated as stated.

Jason rocks!
Pros:

I just checked into the Courtyard Marriott in downtown St. Petersburg, and I have to give a shoutout to Jason, the valet parking attendant. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. It’s not every day you come across someone who takes that much pride in delivering great service—he truly set the tone for a fantastic stay. Jason is an absolute asset to the team. Great first impression!

Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the valet is always helpful, nice and professional. Carter was fantastic in making sure I was helped efficiently and was very friendly and professional. Always my go-to spot when I come to St. Pete.

Excellent Valet service
Pros:

Stayed here in March 2026. I'd like to give a big shout out to Jayson with the valet. I drive a big truck for work and Jayson really went above and beyond to accommodate. If I had known the parking situation before booking I might have booked somewhere else but Jayson made it smooth sailing.

Great Valet Service from Carter
Pros:

Carter was awesome. Very polite and helped us with our luggage when we checked in to the hotel. The couple of times we left the hotel and needed the car, he had it ready for us.

It wasn't just us. He was helpful to everyyone.

It was nice knowing the car was safe and we could get to it anytime we needed it on a prompt basis

Great staff, great sized rooms
Pros:

All staff was very friendly and helpful with our toddler and baby. Valet staff was also great, specifically Carter who helped with multiple trips during the same day
