The hotel was so clean, and have a lot amenities, staff friendly

The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Me and my son have been traveling the pass 3 wks for baseball and this was one of the best. From the very start Brian and April were kind and very punctual. They exceeded expectations for valet. And the rooms were of excellent quality and cleanliness. Would definitely recommend!!!

Five stars all around for the valet team at Courtyard Marriott in St. Pete, Florida. From the moment we arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and incredibly courteous. A special thank you to April, Brian, Michael, and Sebastian for truly going above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes, and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. It’s rare to find a team that delivers this level of hospitality consistently. They turned something as simple as valet service into one of the highlights of the stay. Outstanding service from an outstanding team.

However the walls are EXTREMELY thin and you can hear everything!!!!!!! Kadean went out her way to ensure the stay was pleasant dispute hearing all notices!

Convenient to looper

Great location. Historic hotel which was a unique part of the stay, so keep that in mind (i.e, charming stay, but slow elevator). April and the rest of the valet staff was great. I was able to walk to downtown and take the Lime scooters if I wanted to go a little further.

Stayed for a work trip, and the staff was amazing. Sebastian and Rafael were amazing with the valet, and the front desk staff made easy work of checking in. Clean rooms and good nights rest!! Will definitely return

Great experience overall, starting with Brian at the valet stand who helped me understand where to park, how to contact them, when and how I could get my vehicle. He went above and beyond while I was a little confused. The front desk clerk was super happy and cordial, and even gave me some local dining tips. Room was clean and fresh. Recommend!

This review is specifically about Brian from the Valet Department. Every time I stay here he always remembers my name and makes me feel incredibly welcome during my stays.

Terrific stay. April & Brian - great valet service!

Thank you to Brian and April at the valet. I had my hands full when I arrived and they were very helpful with unloading and getting me into the hotel. They were friendly, helpful and made the start to my stay start off on the right foot. Thank you!
