It was awful

Was able to get the rest I needed, after a while of listening to trucks on the Interstate
Cons:

4th floor room was too close to the freeway and noisy.
We didn’t realize that we had a ADA smoking room, and that made the experience marginal. I thought our profile specifically said no smoking rooms.
Check-in took a LONG time, but there were several ahead of us - even at 10 PM

Pros:

The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. They got me in a room right away before it even had clean blankets and understood the dilemma I was in. They brought in clean blankets ad soon as they came out of the dryer they were still warm

Service of the ladies at the front desk was very good, very polite and helpful

Cons:

The rooms were dirty, there was a bad smell, and we found cockroaches in 2 of the rooms. I requested 3 non smoking rooms and one of them was smelling strongly to smoke that it was coming from the halls. Rooms were reserved for me and my family with one of them leaving without staying because of the conditions of the rooms.
