Pros:

Front desk Lady was incredibly nice and welcoming. One of the hardest times of my life and she made it seem not so bad that I had to live in a hotel for 2 months

The room was not what was in the picture. The refrigerator had hard stains on it. It was so bad that I didn’t stay my whole time. I left the next day.

Terrible. I've never flat refused to stay at a hotel before, so this was a first.
Pros:

Leaving. I spent less than ten minutes in the room before handing the key back and booking somewhere else. I didn't even unpack my car.

Cons:

I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the front-desk goes completely unstaffed after 3:00 PM, but given the customer service, maybe that's a feature, not a bug. Upon check-in, I was threatened with police action if I brought in imaginary drugs I didn't have, plus a fire department bill if the smoke alarm went off for vaping, in a room designated for smoking.

When I tried calling the after-hours number, it took multiple attempts just to get through. Combine that with a cramped room, what apeared to be outdated appliances, and paper-thin blinds that block zero light, and you've got a truly forgettable stay.
