No hit water and awful beds.
Pros:

The location was the only thing we enjoyed.

Cons:

We didnt have hit water. The front desk told us to turn the nob the other way, it got colder we ran the water for 15 minutes to try and get it hot.

There were band aids in the wall!

The beds were awful. Im not sure Ive ever slept on a ned so hard.

Facilities were nice but we didn't get the rest we thought due to nose & room temp not regulated.
Pros:

We enjoyed the suite and having a couch to relax on and watch T.V. We liked the beds.

Cons:

We didn't like a place to put our suitcases. We ended up putting them in the closets which was not easy to get at. They were loads of folks in the hotel...families. Breakfast bar was heaving with people and hard to get to food. Poorly designed breakfast area. Some foods were out. The employee was doing her very best but she was one person. And people were up at 1:00am in the morning and were thumping around in hallway and rooms. Also the room temperature control was not really very effective. It kept coming on and off and on and off waking us.

Pros:

The staff all were friendly and helpful. They helped getting extra towels,a place to eat and answered all my other questions. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning my room and very friendly. The breakfest was good and hot,very helpful starting our day of adventures. Thankyou so much.
