Pros:

Breakfast was not complimentary. We did not eat anything. However we did use the Starbucks which was very overpriced! $10 for 2 black coffees

Cons:

The bathroom in our room had a strong odor of mildew. The bed comfort was ok but had a huge hole in the middle.

Not what we are used to with Marriott
Pros:

Good location for everything we needed to do while in town. Room was clean and comfortable, lobby is nice.

Cons:

Front door was broken and staff told me to just squeeze through slightly ajar door… I am 9 months pregnant. No WiFi, television didn’t work, and there was no water for sale anywhere in the hotel the night we were there. We reliably get a much better value for our money at lower priced hotels, disappointed we paid what we did when many chains offer rooms half the price with a much greater array of amenities. But it was clean and comfortable.
