I have stayed in many Residence Inns this is not one I would return too for the high price and awful rooms.
Pros:

It was in a good location for our needs. The staff were good, pleasant, and helpful.

Cons:

The room was very dated old unclean the bed’s uncomfortable. No pressure in the shower and no hot water only warm.The first room we had was filthy, asked for a different room that night. They didn’t have one,
However got one in the morning. This was ok

Pros:

Everything! We have no complaints. The staff is top notch. The comfort level is as close to home as we can get. The extra mile that this hotel goes for their guests is amazing!

Cons:

My only complaints: we were missing our tub drain and the ice maker in our room didn't work. The hotel had an ice maker so not really a huge deal.

Excellent experience. Meets all your needs!
Pros:

This was a great experience and everything was just as expected and more! All the staff were kind, the room size was huge and accommodating, the breakfast was fresh with a lot of choices, the outside was clean and tidy, the location is great especially for medical appointments and Costco is right next door. And no noise, just the usual as would be expected. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Pros:

The staff was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet. TV selection was good. Breakfast was really good. The coffee with syrup and water with fruit up front is a nice touch!

Cons:

The heat went off in the middle of the night and it was freezing in the middle of the night. Some setting that was locked in- maybe it was us not knowing how to change it but that's my only complaint!

Pros:

The room looked outdated. The beds were not comfortable. the skirt around bed was torn. The sofa bed was not appealing. Tattered carpet. Wallpaper looked to be peeling and not sure but May looked like mold. Staff was friendly. I personally would not return.
