Pros:

Questionable place to stay.
Pros:

I liked the location and one of the staff members, Susan, was super hlepful. She was understanding and able to accomodate a room change that I requested.

Cons:

One morning there wasn't enough staff and so breakfast wasn't available.
The walls are very thin. The first room I was placed in was just under the stairs, by the outside door, and next to the pool and housekeeping. I was woken up multiple times with the noise. I did request a different room the next day and I was able to switch.

Que los utensilios de cocina (ollas, sartenes, etc) no están disponibles en la habitación, se deben de pedir y devolver después de su uso.

Pros:

Gute Lage, ruhige und grosse Zimmer. Sauber und mit allem nötigen Ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider war die Dusche defekt, das halbe Wasser kam unten aus dem Hahnen und der rest oben aus der Brause. Die Dusche war mehr für die Füsse anstelle des Körpers. Wir haben es gemeldet aber leider hat sich nichts getan.

great place to stay clean and in a great location.
Pros:

it was located near the main lobby. I like the sausages and eggs. I didnt like the area cause it was small.

Cons:

They staff were having a meeting of some sorts when I arrived and it felt like I was interrupting them..

The stay was good, but again the pet fee is outrageous. I will never stay here again just because of that.

It was nice and clean

Cons:

They charged a lot for my fur baby. $75 is a little outrageous. I take my pet everywhere and I’m usually charged between 20 and $40 but $75. That’s like getting an additional room $81 with tax.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at TownePlace Colorado Springs South. The staff was amazing!! Loved the breakfast options as well. My only issues were a couple of dead bugs in the room, and the bed was not as soft as I remembered it being for a TownePlace from stays in the past; maybe it's my pregnancy (lol). Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely recommend friends and family staying here, and plan to stay here again myself in the future.

Pros:

Our stay here was awesome, Melissa made the best breakfast experience, she was very hospitable and kept the breakfast full and clean! The night shift desk staff, Mike, was amazing, he gave us great ideas for visiting and dining. A few of the daytime staff seemed a bit standoffish, but overall, it was an excellent stay.

Pros:

We booked a three day stay and the pool was closed for two of the three days. Also the breakfast hours are from 6:30 to 9;00 which seems really short for breakfast hours, by 8:30 all the food was gone. It would be great if the breakfast goes until 9:00 that all food items are there for that period of time. FInall, we requested a room cleaning, and they said it was done but the room was not touched, not even replacement towesls or the bed made. To be fair the night person did come and give us bedding and towels, and she was very nice
