Pros:

That we had two smart TVs for the children...and the bathroom was spacious.

Cons:

They didn't make up the sofa bed and was frugal on toilet paper...the toilet paper was very thin and small. And if we need anything we had to go to the front desk because they didn't deliver to your room

The staff wasn’t at the desk I was left waiting for over 30 minutes only for him to come from the back like it’s wasn’t nothing. My reservation couldn’t be found then the elevator wasn’t working.

I can’t give the stay a bad grade because the staff was great and the hotel was clean.
