Pros:

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. We had an issue with a broken toilet right after we checked in. Maintenance fixed the issue immediately. We appreciated the prompt attention to the broken toilet so we did not have to change rooms.

Fantastic property
Pros:

Visited this hotel as part of a getaway in the Ocala area.
The property is fantastic and has nice amenities.
The rooms (studios) are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living area.
Although the hotel was under renovation but I will give them props for keeping the noise to a minimum. There was renovation in the floor I was in but honestly while in the room I couldn't hear anything.
Nice small pool with hot tub.
And although it has a kitchen, if you don't wanna make yourself breakfast they have breakfast downstairs at the lobby.
Definitely recommend this property and will definitely visit when we go back to Ocala

Excellent experience after tiring drive
Pros:

We made a last minute reservation driving south. The hotel was almost sold out. The suite was very clean and all supplies were provided. We were exhausted from the drive and the room was big and airy and comfortable. We asked for something to be brought up and it was brought up quickly. I would like to particularly acknowledge Lisa at the front desk. We booked on the phone through her and she was pleasant and helpful. When we checked in, she was great, granting us an extra request we had made. The next morning she went out of her way to go to the dining area to ask if we had slept well. As well, Louis and Carter, at the front desk, were friendly and said many times to just ask if we needed anything, which we did, and Carter provided it immediately.
Summary: Lovely hotel with wonderful guest services.

Overall very nice
Pros:

I’m not a big breakfast fan but what was offered looked pleasing. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Cons:

The first room we were in had an odor, I think from a dog. We ask to switch rooms and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating.
Need to put a microwave in the breakfast area so that guest can watt things up like the danish, it was very cold.

Eigenlijk is Residence Inn by Marriott altijd goed en deze ook weer. Prima kamer met koelkast en keukentje, alles netjes en schoon. Ontbijt simpel maar prima.

Geen verdere opmerkingen.

Pros:

Clean hotel. Friendly & accommodating. They allow pets for a $75 fee which seems pretty standard these days. Service animals are always free. Residence Inn has a standard & convenient room layout. It’s a suite with a kitchen, full fridge, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, cooktop & (I think) and oven. There’s also a sleeper sofa. The TV swivels from the living room area to a king size bed. They also have rooms with 2 queens.
Keep in mind that you’re getting a suite for the price of mid range hotel room…it’s a good value. I would definitely stay again.

We arrived late due to traffic, but the clerk was very helpful, suggesting places to eat and even provided us with menus!

Cons:

The facilities needed to be updated and it looked like they were in the process of doing so.
