Overall very good
Pros:

Location, clean, quiet and comfortable

Cons:

1.Hot tubs not operating
2.”bistro breakfast” with everything else ala carte was very expensive

Not Marriott quality
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate New Year's Eve. When we checked in we never received a warm greeting. On my Bonvoy profile I have higher floors request but it wasn't available to us. We were on the second floor in the back. The room was worn looking, bed was too soft and uncomfortable, loud hvac system and super thin toilet tissue worst then Scott tissue.
Some of the breakfast choices were always sold out which was disappointing. I understand there were some bobsled teams staying there so very understaffed for daily tasks like housekeeping. We had to call a few times to let them know our room wasn't cleaned yet. Kids were playing hockey in the hallways and kept hitting our door at night. The hot tubs were not working and looks like it's been in disrepair for months. I expressed my concerns to the front desk and they told me they would add Bonvoy points to my account. As of today, they have not been loaded. Marriott should be embarrassed calling this a Courtyard. It's run down and poor management. It's a 2 star hotel in my book. I am a travel professional and would never recommend this place.

Pros:

The reception staff and bartender were very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The two hot tubs were not in working order and will not be for a while. The internet service was poor. In the room there was only decaf coffee and powdered creamer. The price was very high for the experience. The restaurant/bar had a small menu and were out of two meal menu items (bistro burger and grilled cheese/soup).

The woman in charge of the front desk tonight did an awesome job of handling a busy check in with a smile and great attitude. I recommend you hang in to her with a very nice raise and promotion.

Pros:

The hotel needs a renovation. Pulling up to the hotel the paint is peeling off. The rooms are outdated. The couch was broken and stained, you couldn’t even sit on it. The bed was so bad that you rolled to the center.

Beautiful place - quiet, clean, nice pool, convenient to town but not in the middle of the crowd.

If anything was unusual, it was the breakfast service ... a little like ordering at a fast food restaurant, but with table service - and really good food!
