Convenient
The room was very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good, but not complimentary. Rather expensive.
Difficult getting on the busy highway.
had football
Front desk took a lil long
The jacuzzi was nice and the bistro staff was very kind. The layout of the room is spacious and nice.
The manager that we saw when we left was very rude. I have an infant and a child and she was talking about noise and all we were doing was getting them ready to check out and the infant needed a nap. But, there was a crowd that partied on New Years Eve and no one said anything about them. When I voiced my complaints and concerns, she brushed me off. There were no towels for the pool or gym. We did not get room service the whole stay. The pool is supposed to be heated but, it was freezing. The batteries in the remote were dying and I could never find anyone to assist with new batteries. I had to buy new ones after I gave up on asking them or trying to find someone.
The front desk staff are wonderful and delightful very helpful! Clean and comfortable rooms all amenities in great working condition.
All was well
The hotel was virtually at the airport—very convenient for the last night of our vacation.
The parking lot didn’t do the hotel justice—kind of shabby for your beautiful hotel.
Nice ambiance and cozy vibes!
It was close to airport. Staff was great!
There wasn’t much around it except for hotels and a Ruby Tuesday.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
Beautiful property, very clean and front desk staff was very kind!
Fine
Fine
Very conveniently located to the airport. The staff were excellent. I love that they had the small bistro available to get a bite to eat without having to leave the property.
Nothing, everything was very nice
NA to pets
Housekeeping was 5 stars
This property is very clean. Staff at check in and restaurant fantastic. The issue I have is that I left a dress in the closet and called the next day. I called twice. Apparently housekeeping said they couldn’t find it in the closet and I know distinctly I left it there. They have a lost and found and not there. There is no doubt whatsoever that I left it in the closet.
No free breakfast. Only Starbucks, too expensive, limited hours
Convenient and clean.
