Staff was lovely.The room was very clean and comfortable.Very happy with our stay

Our stay was very comfortable and let us a great start to our trip.
Pros:

We had a very early flight and didn't have time to have breakfast at the facility. So, I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast. However, the room was very comfortable in every aspect: the bed, the HVAC that allowed us to set the temperature exactly as we liked.

Cons:

There was a little confusion when I checked in because the desk clerk didn't understand my name's spelling and couldn't at first find my reservation. The other very minor issue was that there wasn't any form of clock in my room.

Very nice for the money.
Pros:

It was in a good location with the airport, restaurants, Maryville and Knoxville. The rooms were LARGE. Staff was very friendly. I actually liked the pillows.

Cons:

It was next to a 5G tower.

I wish there was better management and staffing.
Pros:

The jacuzzi was nice and the bistro staff was very kind. The layout of the room is spacious and nice.

Cons:

The manager that we saw when we left was very rude. I have an infant and a child and she was talking about noise and all we were doing was getting them ready to check out and the infant needed a nap. But, there was a crowd that partied on New Years Eve and no one said anything about them. When I voiced my complaints and concerns, she brushed me off. There were no towels for the pool or gym. We did not get room service the whole stay. The pool is supposed to be heated but, it was freezing. The batteries in the remote were dying and I could never find anyone to assist with new batteries. I had to buy new ones after I gave up on asking them or trying to find someone.
