Convenient and clean
My reservation wasn’t done properly, and i was double billed for the full stay, still waiting for refund.
The pull-out couch was different than before and it was more comfortable

The size and layout of the room was fabulous. They also had a good breakfast selection. And the front desk staff were very nice.
I mentioned all of this to the front desk staff and told them that I would also put it in the review but: The room was not cleaned well at all. We arrived at 11:00pm. In the middle of the floor there was a hairbrush from previous guest. There was also a dime just laying in the floor. So obviously it had not been vacuumed well. There was also a stain/gross spot in the bathroom floor that was never mopped up. And the light fixture above the shower was hanging out of the ceiling. It looks like the only thing the people that clean the room do is just make the bed.
Everything about the my stay at the property was great.
The roads leading to the property were terrible.

water was off two nights in a row building wide
running water is kind of a minimum expectation. I'd say a 50 percent refund would have been a reasonable gesture from ownership... Nothing other than a gallon bottle of water at your door and a sign in the elevator apologizing for no running water hot or cold.
Very nice place, clean, breakfast was very good. Coffee was excellent. Bed was best we have encounter in our travels around the States. Staff were very friendly.
Driveway was full of holes, made driving in and out an adventure.
