Pros:

Last night when I checked in, the staff was very nice. Made it very home vibe and the people at the Watiki waterpark was very friendly and helpful.

Do better!
Pros:

The water park was fun. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Some of the staff were rude. They didn't have my name correct on the reservation. Breakfast wasn't very good. The floor in the shower was so slick we were all sliding and my kids fell in there multiple times. The wristbands for the water park only certain ones scan you in. Need to expand the park area as well. EVERYTHING is overpriced! They closed the water park early Saturday night, but didn't mention that until AFTER we made the reservation and 2 days before our trip.

It was okay could’ve been better.
Pros:

That the waterpark was connected to the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast was short and there were stains on a few of the pillows and the tv was extremely slow.

My wife was annoyed because our room did not get serviced while we were away.
Cons:

We stayed a second day in the same room. We left the room at 08:30 am for a day long tour. When we returned to the room around 5:00 pm the room had not been serviced. We had go down to the lobby to get clean tows.

Hotel was just fine. Water park was great. Unexpected parking charge of $10 sucked.
Pros:

Price for the hotel room was good. They allowed early check-in, which was great. Loved that the room came with 4 Watiki passes and paired with birthday package options from Watiki.

Cons:

WARNING!! They charge nearly $10 for parking, no exceptions and they don’t tell you at booking/check-in!!! It was not stated during booking that there will be this fee and they never mentioned it at check-in. I only noticed when I had an extra charge on my credit card a few days after our stay and I called to inquire what it was for. When I went back to browse the website, it is only mentioned in the FAQ section. :(

I won't book through Booking.com again and won't stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a good place in town. Parking was adequate.

Cons:

Got charged by both booking.com and the hotel on my credit card. The bed cover had blood stains on it. There were dirty sheets in the closet. The floor had not been vacuumed. The hallways and the elevators were disgusting. Looked like they had not been cleaned in a week.

Great visit...hit 46 and 47 states...3 more to go. We saw nature its rare form as well as organized
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Wish they had homemade oatmeal. Staff was helpful and friendly. It was awesome to have the waterpark close by. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river, basketball, jacuzzi and Koko game room. It was close by to several activities. Thanks for everything.

Cons:

My of the attractions close in September. Nothing to do with the hotel. Everything was good on that end.
There was construction in the area but was easy to navigate.
