We were coming out for a wedding in New Hope and were looking for a place that wasn’t too far away. I am a Platinum Member and was concerned because I had seen a few negative reviews. I called the hotel and spoke extensively with Lorene (Laura?) and she assured me that my room would be clean. The hotel is located across from Sesame Place but this hotel is not just for the little ones. I am very particular and the hotel gave us a very quiet lovely room with a view of beautiful trees. Even though we were near the elevator we got a fantastic nights sleep. The room was clean, the staff is very friendly and the food was really good at the breakfast. We had a single and with the kitchen it was just perfect for a couple. It was so convenient to have a full size refrigerator and all of the staff work very hard. Carol helped me in the breakfast area and I was impressed they had nice gluten free options, Simone and a nice man at checkout were very friendly. I read reviews before I stay anywhere and am very picky about cleanliness and having an updated room. I highly recommend this hotel not just for little kids but for people traveling that need a convenient location in the area.
Everything! Breakfast was delicious and changed daily. Being able to have our dog there was helpful. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed the pool.

NO NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!! I made a reservation for a handicap roll in shower room over three months ago. Called a month ago and spoke with Lori and requested again the roll in room and she noted on the reservation. Today, I check in online and send a message to the hotel reminding them of the room need and they respond telling me they DO NOT HAVE ANY ACCESSIBLE ROOMS AVAILABLE!!! As a Lifetime Titanium Elite member, this is why I moved most of my travel to Hilton, who came through and provided the required room.
I love the extra space, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Having the kitchen with a stove was helpful in boiling eggs for my grandchildren to dye. The beds are delightful. It’s very spacious. Also Very clean.
Unfortunately I have allergies and walking into your very clean establishment carpet fresh which I know was placed on the carpet caused instant irritation in my lungs. Also I would have liked to have seen the outdoor fire pit to be lit.
Very spacious, the gym was a plus for me and breakfast.
I think my room could have been a little cleaner. Just focus a little more on details. Outside of that everything was great!
I didn't like that the Hvac made loud noises, and the air vent was in front of the bed. The air was hitting right on my face, making me clog.
