If you want a calm stay don’t go on a weekend , definitely try the spa
Pros:

The Arabic decor, the spa, the beach , and the staff were very nice but the restaurant needed more staff and better training

Cons:

We were told the adult pool is just for adults but then there were many kids playing around it seems they let them in when it’s the weekend , even the jacuzzi is suppose to be just for adults but kids were also sitting in it.
Restaurant the main one also felt like it needed more staff as things were very slow, burger was very good but appetizers were not, we unfortunately found a cockroach inside the restaurant but not because it was dirty just because the door is close to the green area but staff should definitely watch out for such things and I know it’s not easy, but at the end of the day it’s a restaurant and people might feel off for seeing such thing.

The staff were so professional and helpful.. from the lobby to the pool area and room service

Cons:

The lobby style didnt match the vibe of the rest of the hotel. As soon as you leave the lobby area and into the pool and villas area, the whole vibe changes.
