It was fine.
Pros:

The room was perfect for 5 people and split 5 ways we paid next to nothing each however once we checked in we were charged more than our total was when we book our stay. We had called ahead of time about a pool and we were only told that yes they had one, nobody mentioned it being closed and that was a selling point for me and my co workers. It was very disappointing. Other than that the staff was nice, the room was clean, and it’s in an amazing location. As long as you don’t mind not having a pool this is a great place to stay if you’re in Morgantown.

Pros:

The front desk clerk upon my arrival, Brooke, was very welcoming. Breakfast was good, but Tabasco is needed as a condiment choice.

Cons:

Advertised as having an indoor pool and found out once on-site that wasn’t the case. There has been no pool for quite some time. The rate for the room was too high for lacking amenities as advertised.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Breakfast has only two choices of coffee, Bold dark roast or decaffeinated, tried to get some dark roast to only get cold coffee from dispenser, T.V. in living area was non working, staff found data cable broke and had none on hand to replace, 3 days without, no comp on room for that or the rotten breakfast on Sunday which should have been the best day for breakfast, asked at front desk and was only told that they understand but their close to the sports stadium that's why they charge more than other places to stay, no satisfaction with service anymore. Noisy area due to Hospital and sports stadium across the street, no sleeping in here. Overall satisfaction level very, very low for the price charged. Someone needs to up their game at this stay.

Great Location, Need Upgrades

I chose this hotel due to the extremely close proximity to Ruby Hospital and because they allow pets; from that standpoint it did not disappoint. However, after that, there isn't much that is outstanding about this hotel. It's truly in desperate need of a soft goods renovation. As we were there for surgery and recovery post op, it was not a "comfortable" room to spend the day recovering. Not only are the mattresses EXTREMELY worn out, but the couch and chair in the shared living space (Two bedroom suite) were AWFUL. I literally had to take pillows from the bed to lay across the couch to try and make it more comfortable to lay on (as my mother didn't want to be in the bed any longer).

The hotel is clean, which is more than I can say for most. But, the staff is mildly friendly at best and truly sometimes made me feel like we were just in the way. From check in that was super rushed (even after she asked why we were visiting), to the houseman vacuuming the lobby DURING breakfast and forced us to navigate around his cord, to the disappointing breakfast. The attendant was clearly not concerned about the 10 people she had in the breakfast area, but more about talking to the other staff members. Is there a uniform at this hotel? The only one I saw in one was the houseman... very confusing and looked unprofessional.

All in all, I think I'd chose a different location for the next surgery - until this one either works out its kinks and gets an upgrade.

Perfect location for restful stay!
Pros:

We especially like the separate bedroom layout. This allows one of us to go to bed early if necessary. Plenty of space. Very clean as well. I had left my charging cord in the other room that we first were assigned and a very pleasant and helpful housekeeper brought it to me in our new room.

Cons:

When we first arrived we were assigned a room with a refrigerator that was broken. We asked for a new room with a working refrigerator and our request was granted.
