Exceptional location and staff.

Cons:

Breakfast served at 6:30 am. Our arrival to WVU was 6:30 am. Just need simple grab and go bags or items. I did take a yogurt and a peanut butter.

other than problem with lack of handicap accomodation. otherwise very nice.

staff cared, clean, location yo hospital

Cons:

35 minute wait for room,
asked for handicap room was all the way down long hall which was hard for my 90yo husband. only accommodation was one grab bar and tub was high step in and commode low with no grab bar. i was dissappointed that fireplace didn’t work . had to turn thermostat up to 75 to get suite warm.

Cons:

From the time the heat turned on the entire room smelled like pot. It smelled the entire time the heat was on. I was having to smell that all night and even the next morning. The smell was terrible.

Will not try this place again because of the bad mattress. Room 117
Pros:

The mattress on the bed needs replaced. It is broke down on the bathroom side of the bed. That’s why we checked out after one night but had paid for 2 nights. Was told no refund because I used Expedia to reserve room.

Cons:

A decent mattress. That one needs thrown away .A necessary place for my surgery the next morning. But the bed was terrible to sleep on.
