Good stay with friendly staff
Pros:

Good breakfast. Also convenient- 5 minute walk to Tram D so could leave the car at the hotel & catch the tram to the centre of Strasbourg

Cons:

Air conditioning would have been a bonus during the heat wave but there was a fan

Emplacement correct, parking ok

Cons:

Pas de climatisation malgré de grosses chaleurs attendues, juste un ventilateur brassant de l'air chaud, pb de douches (bouillantes!) eau froide quasi inexistante... chambre petite... mais le pire!!! Ma fille et mon mari ont des piqûres aux chevilles qui s'avèrent être des punaises de lit !!

La honte de la chaîne hotelière "Première classe"

La situation: correcte

Cons:

Pratiquement tout.
-Accueil à peine correct
-Parking payant, inhabituel pour un "Première classe"
-Impossibilité de régler le débit de l'eau chaude ou froide.
-Pas de climatisation, remplacée par un (mauvais) ventilateur au fonctionnement erratique.
-Une seule serviette pour une chambre censée héberger 3 personnes.
-En pleine canicule insupportable, j'ai terminé ma nuit dans ma voiture.
