Reasonably priced option in Prescott
Pros:

Very large room with kitchen facilities - great for a longer stay and for self-catering. Nice pool area.

Cons:

A 10-15min drive to downtown Prescott depending on traffic. Not many food options other than fast food nearby.

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms and a nice warm pool with 2 hot tubs also a big kiddie pool.The staff was awesome we left a wallet and they called right away to get it back to us.

Cons:

A little to far from historical Prescott but I will stay there again . Oh yeah and a great breakfast.

Nice Hotel but Bad First Impression
Pros:

This is a well maintained hotel and the public areas as well as our room were very clean. The room was comfortable and appeared recently updated with everything in good condition. The breakfast staff was friendly but had a limited assortment compared to other Residence Inns. Check in was a challenge. We did arrive 15 minutes before check in and was told our room wasn't ready which was understandable but it took almost 45 minutes for us to get our key so I don't think we were a priority. I asked them if they could wave the parking fee for the inconvenience but the female clerk argued with me that check in was at 4pm till I showed her that it was at 3pm, this is a training opportunity. In fairness the gentleman that checked us out did wave the fee. Overall I would stay here again.

Lots of problems at this hotel
Pros:

Staff was pleasant and helpful, in spite of being short in housekeeping people. We were not able to get into our room until 8 pm because it needed to be cleaned.

Cons:

Price too high
Room not ready at check-in time
No linens for couch bed
Trash under couch

Think Twice About Staying Here.
Pros:

Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

Cons:

Booked a suite at $280 per night. Was originally given a room that faced the main highway in/out of Prescott. The road noise was beyond loud-may as well sleep on the side of the road. Totally unacceptable and no one should stay here if they get one of those rooms. Since I arrived early the front desk did agree to move us. Someone got stuck with our old room and had a very bad night! The breakfast was a basic meal you would expect at any cheaper place and certainly didn't deserve the "good breakfast" rating. Lastly, this is a hotel in a small town and isn't in their downtown area yet they charged $7.00 per night for parking. Nowhere is this detailed on the Booking site. Yes it is only $7.00 but what a rip off and a "screwU" charge.

A very good stay
Pros:

Everything the bed was comfortable will come back again

Cons:

The mattress had a lot of stains same as the sheets and stuff but the employee was able to let us know that they would get it cleaned up

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff
Pros:

This is my second week out of four staying in this hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are top notch, and the staff is so friendly and easy to talk to. Reese was exceptionally helpful! Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Frustrating!
Pros:

Large room, king size bed, clean.

Cons:

Traffic noise. We paid Booking.com ahead and then Residence Inn charged our card again and would not credit it back!

Incredibly friendly
Pros:

Friendly goes a longgggggg way with me. Check in friendly, housekeeping staff friendly, breakfast staff also friendly despite being quite busy.
Location nice (albeit a few miles from the Historic Downtown), perched up on a bluff.
It was quiet and comfortable.
So, we did experience a housekeeping issue, but the front desk was appropriately concerned and took steps to rectify the issue. Understanding just how difficult it must be to recruit and retain housekeeping staff, we are willing to cut some slack.
If we were to plan another trip to Prescott, this would be a top choice.

Wonderful time turned NIGHTMARE

warm water and shelter from the storm

The Staff I thought at first, was wonderful. However on the 31, at 4 am I noticed many unauthorized charges made to my CC. They were all denied because I did not keep a plethora of cash in that account.
The staff were notified that the attempts were made. They all defended the actions as part of the computer accessing my account. Stating that it was not set up for "cash".
My room was broken into by police that had been told a farse.
31 of the end of the year was being illegally detained by police...my service animal suffered trauma when she was kidnapped and held for 2 days away from FAMILY.

Pros:

Loved the view. Staff were super friendly. Fir it being a pet friendly hotel with a lot of dogs it was very quiet and peaceful! Our fire place did not work quite right and they were unable to fix it but they did get to looking at it super fast and handled it the best they could.

Cons:

Our fireplace was not working quite right.
