A very good stay
Pros:

Everything the bed was comfortable will come back again

Cons:

The mattress had a lot of stains same as the sheets and stuff but the employee was able to let us know that they would get it cleaned up

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff
Pros:

This is my second week out of four staying in this hotel and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are top notch, and the staff is so friendly and easy to talk to. Reese was exceptionally helpful! Overall, this is a great place to stay!

Frustrating!
Pros:

Large room, king size bed, clean.

Cons:

Traffic noise. We paid Booking.com ahead and then Residence Inn charged our card again and would not credit it back!

Incredibly friendly
Pros:

Friendly goes a longgggggg way with me. Check in friendly, housekeeping staff friendly, breakfast staff also friendly despite being quite busy.
Location nice (albeit a few miles from the Historic Downtown), perched up on a bluff.
It was quiet and comfortable.
So, we did experience a housekeeping issue, but the front desk was appropriately concerned and took steps to rectify the issue. Understanding just how difficult it must be to recruit and retain housekeeping staff, we are willing to cut some slack.
If we were to plan another trip to Prescott, this would be a top choice.

Wonderful time turned NIGHTMARE

The Staff I thought at first, was wonderful. However on the 31, at 4 am I noticed many unauthorized charges made to my CC. They were all denied because I did not keep a plethora of cash in that account.
The staff were notified that the attempts were made. They all defended the actions as part of the computer accessing my account. Stating that it was not set up for "cash".
My room was broken into by police that had been told a farse.
31 of the end of the year was being illegally detained by police...my service animal suffered trauma when she was kidnapped and held for 2 days away from FAMILY.

Pros:

Loved the view. Staff were super friendly. Fir it being a pet friendly hotel with a lot of dogs it was very quiet and peaceful! Our fire place did not work quite right and they were unable to fix it but they did get to looking at it super fast and handled it the best they could.

Cons:

Our fireplace was not working quite right.

Broken appliances, dirty room, disgusting dishes
Pros:

I've stayed at a lot of Marriott properties around the world (lifetime Gold/occasional Platinum member) but I have never stayed in a worse Marriott property than the Residence Inn in Prescott, AZ (and will not stay here again). Some of the issues:

1. Room was unclean, including hair and trash on the floors and grossly disgusting/unwashed dishes in the cabinets with food, lipstick stains.
2. Tried to cook something here after a long day, but the stove didn't work.
3. Heater/air conditioner didn't work properly, making the room way too hot.
4. I wanted to open the window to vent the room, but the screen on the window was tattered and the room faced a busy highway.
5. Management visited the room and was similarly disgusted by the dirty dishes, etc and apologies for the broken stove and other issues. They said they would credit back the 32,000 Bonvoy points I used for this poor stay, but never did so, despite seveal phone calls/empty promises.

Very unfortunate since I'm a frequent traveler and have been a Marriott member for decades ... until now.

Dog hair on guest room floor - large accumulation of dog hair on our shoes.
Hidden fees for parking - non advised $7.00 daily fee to park our car in the hotel parking lot. Never experienced this type of fee before. If I hadn’t already paid for the hotel and been unable to get a refund, I would have left and found another hotel.
