Excellent location for a downtown visit!
Pros:

The front desk staff. Probably the best customer service I received from a hotel! They were so informative and helpful! I truly enjoyed conversing with them.

Cons:

Maybe parking garage directions prior to arriving at the hotel would be nice. I had to park on the street to figure out where I could park.

Always a go to hotel for me. I know I will get what I expect and need and never second guess it
Pros:

Always an easy comfortably and trustable place to book a night for stay. Staff at multiple locations have been great. Room space and beds are comfortable for good sleep

Pros:

L’emplacement, le fait qu’il y ait un parking même au centre de la ville (bien qu’il soit payant à un prix raisonnable), que le petit-déjeuner soit compris dans le tarif de l’hébergement.

Cons:

Le ménage n’a pas été fait pendant toute la durée de notre séjour (3 nuits). Même les serviettes n’ont pas été changées et les poubelles pas vidées,c’est regrettable.

It was pleasant , convenient and quiet.
Pros:

I loved the fitness room ! The equipment was updated and in excellent conditions for an optimum work out the court yard with the heated pool and the hot tub were superb. It was quiet and clean. It was my favorite area of the facility. Thank you for keeping the hot tub ready for use.

Cons:

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Clean, comfortable, good neighborhood with friendly helpful staff. Love this place

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. We didn't eat any of it. No coffee at 830am... Watery scrambled egg... Sponget Lukewarm sausage. Just not good. Only complaint.
