It was a great over night stay.
Great hotel
The staff was amazing and went above and beyond with customer service. It is definitely appreciated when arriving in middle of the night.
Inside was clean and nice. Hotel wanted extra $50 deposit not mentioned when booking. Breakfast was not “free” and cost another $10 that they also didn’t mention until after the fact. Travelled over 600 miles for additional fees and I didn’t have a choice.
The staff was friendly and the food in the cafe was pretty good too. They had daily food and drink specials and they were located within walking distance to restaurants.

HGI has two EV chargers so I ate in the hotel restaurant while charging my rental car. Liked the pecan pie but the coffee came in a paper cup! Service was unfriendly. The chargers are labeled for guest use only but I charged my EV anyway and did not see any other EV user
I travel for business 6 months out of the year. I have never had an issue getting a printed receipt or an email receipt. With this stay I have contacted the Hotel directly and asked several times for a receipt with no success, I even requested on at the front desk and was told they could not print one because I booked online. Could someone please assist with this issue. My Confirmation is 72063043856704 any help would be greatly appriciated.
Couldn't sleep due to loud traffic noise coming off the interstate all night long! TV did not work. Not enough sugar and creamer for the poor quality coffee. Breakfast was cold. Sub par stay.

Review of Hilton Garden Inn
We have been loyal guests of Hilton Garden Inn for many years, but our recent stay was deeply disappointing. We originally booked two nights but ended up leaving early due to the poor experience.
From the moment we arrived, the service was lacking. The front desk attendant didn’t even acknowledge us and instead continued working on needlepoint. It set the tone for an unwelcoming stay.
The room was equally disappointing. Highway noise made it difficult to sleep, and just as we thought it might quiet down, noise from the room above us started and lasted for at least 20 minutes. Despite our concerns, staff seemed unresponsive. Additionally, the room temperature was stuck at 73 degrees, which was too warm for comfortable sleeping. Basic amenities were also missing, such as a lighted/magnified mirror, which we expected.
One of the worst parts of our stay was the lack of consideration for guests. We were on our way to a funeral and had to struggle to maneuver a luggage cart over hoses being used to clean furniture. As guests in our 70s, this was a major inconvenience, yet the front desk offered no assistance or even an apology.
Overall, the poor service, lack of responsiveness, and mismanagement were unacceptable. We expect better from Hilton Garden Inn and won’t be returning to this location.

Nice clean hotel. Only downside, which is not in their fault, the construction on IH 10 makes it difficult to get in and out.
