Amazing clean hotel! Big thanks to Hussain who was very helpful. Hotel was exceptionally clean. Would definitely return as couldn’t fault anything. Hotel is walking distance from main attractions and have everything close by walking distance.

The staff don't reply message, terrible experience
The rooms are very small, but tidy. Be warned, you can’t control the temperature of any of the rooms at the hotel from the rooms. Heating and air con is set centrally from reception so be prepared to either freeze or bake depending on the time of year you visit and your own preference on temperature.
The neighbourhood the hotel is in is really nice and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop or a 10 minute walk into Sultanahmet and the centre of the old town.
We had an amazing stay at Hotel Mina that is in a central location to the bazaar, tram and blue mosque. Helpful hotel staff.
This was our second stay at Hotel Mina and it was as pleasant as our first. The staff are so incredibly kind and very helpful. The hotel is perfectly located walking distance to all the local attractions and there are lots of places to eat close by. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely visit again.
For what we like to do, the Mina was perfect. We could walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar and Spice Bazaar. It’s a simple Hotel but was super clean, nice beds, & hot water!!!
There was mosquito in room 307
The staff was so friendly and made all transportation requests easily accessible and timely. I would come back every time.

The staff were amazing. They were quick to resolve any issues. They were also trust worthy. I accidentally left money in the room and came back much hours later to find the money still there. I also left my luggage with them as I had a late flight. They helped me book taxi and cruises.
It is a relaxed street with no noisy bar or restaurant.

Had to call front desk every couple of hours to turn on air conditioning. WiFi was not working. Tv remote did not work. Front desk person rudely told me I look like an ugly celebrity when I checked in (we are both black so we all look alike?). Spoiler: I look Spanish and she is a dark-skinned woman. Hotel is convenient to all the major sites and transportation though.
