The location.

Cons:

The crazy neighbors and barking ass dogs that kept us up all night while.tbey beat each up in their domestic dispute. The warm beer i paid almost $7 for at the check-in counter. The seven stains on the couch, or the pillow cases that still had makeup on them from whoever stayed before us.
