The staff was very helpful and kind.
Clean and the breakfast was nice on the upper level
The hotel was in a great location. Just a short drive to our venue. The staff was very friendly and they had a well light parking area so you felt very safe.
Nothing
Although this is a smaller airport hotel, I enjoyed its business class amenties. Shuttle will take you to/from airport but also Amtrak or nearby businesses as well when available. The executive lounge floor rooms have bathrobes and lounge is open on weekends. And unlike a few other BWI airport hotels, the Sheraton pool was open. Small gym but decent with newer equipment.
Don’t be fooled by the photo below taken from the hotel’s website on 2/14/26, this hotel no longer has a hot tub. This was the main reason my wife and I chose this hotel and we were disappointed to see that it had been removed. ChatGPT also still indicates this hotel has a hot tub/jacuzzi.
Thousands of dollars if not tens of thousands of dollars to remove a hot tub but couldn’t go to the expense of a new photo for the website. Do better Sheraton!
Nice hotel, clean.
The booking website said they had a hot tub, they did not, also they gave us a hard time about breakfast being included when it was clearly included on my booking. Once they saw it was included they tried to give me breakfast for only one person although we were 2 staying in the room. I had to ask again to get breakfast for both of us, and part of the reason I chose this hotel is the booking listing said breakfast was included.
The staff is always very friendly. The room is very clean and the food is amazing. I would recommend this place to my family and friends.

Love the club level experience. Great experience all in all except I had a difficulty finding a parking spot at night. I ended up parking at Westin but it’s within a short walking distance.
After a long international flight, being very tired, called twice to get a shuttle. 1st time their shuttle drove by someone yelling out the window "we're full". Had to wait again. Hotel had two shuttles. Only 1 running. Had to wait to check-in. One attendant at the desk. While waiting the phone must have rang five times, people waiting for the shuttle. Early check-out for us and a family needed a shuttle. Next two were booked full. Attendant told her to call an Uber. Huge hotel, what is the problem, hire more people especially for peak times. We would not stay here again just because of this issue.
