This place is very clean and the staff were very friendly. Near Holiday World good location and pretty cheap to stay.
Everything was great. I have no complaints.
The room stunk, it smelled like mildew. The carpet was wet, microwave didnt work. Blinds by the window didnt work. Exhaust fan in bathroom wouldnt work as well. Took 10 minutes for an associate to come to the front desk to check us in. Won't be back, the cost was too high 159.00 for the quality that was there. This motel was more like 80.00 for the night. Im a person that usually doesnt give a bad review but it was horrible.

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay. Staff while inconspicuous at times was friendly and helpful.
The location is remote. Very few dining options around. However, if remote is what you are looking for, Rockport is a charming town. Basic breakfast. Not the best, but not the worst. Basic. Free.

My room was on the side of the building that the interstate ramp is on. So lots of noise, trucks were very load at night.

Staff was incredibly rude. Hotel smelled like mildew. Asked for a refund and was laughed at. Booking.com didnt help either
The guy at the front desk was super friendly, we got checked in quickly. The hotel was clean, the beds were super comfortable & the pillows were the best hotel pillows we've ever used! A/C worked great & a decent amount of channels on the TV.
There was a STRONG odor of weed coming out of the employee room by the downstairs elevator. Luckily the scent didn't carry into our room.
Chose to stay here again after staying here earlier this year. Chose is over several other cheaper closer options and don’t regret it. Sam was amazing last time just being himself very kind and wholesome and making sure we had a truly quality stay at the hotel. This time as well same as last time. All the staff is wonderful but Sam’s customer service skills and kindness really truly shine. We plan to visit holiday world again next year and I wouldn’t even think about staying somewhere else. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful. The location is safe and out of the way of the public and traffic but it’s still very easy to get there. They serve fresh breakfast hotel style. Eggs, sausage, waffles etc. also a gym and pool on the grounds. Really truly Harry Sam and the rest of the staff make sure to put the “QUALITY” in quality inn
Showers didn’t have curtain which rendered shower useless. Breakfast was basic being generous
