Unpleasant Eastern Shore
Pros:

The hotel is in marginal repair and does not seem clean. The elevator floor is damaged, the hallway carpets are dirty and stained. There was dirt and lost medication on the guest room floor. We changed rooms as the first room had a heavily brown-stained mattress. The parking lot did not feel secure with people sitting in cars and others finding dinner in the dumpster for an adjacent business. We have stayed here before and it seems to continue to decline.

On the plus side, the free popsicles, cranberry juice and water in the lobby is nice and the staff are courteous and helpful. The property needs, a minimum a deep-cleaning and spruce-up and maybe a full renovation.

Room is nice and comfortable but they lack on the basic necessary.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no extra towels in the bathroom, there was no body wash nor soap to wash hands. There were no extra pillows, the beds only had 3 pillows when normally it should have 4.I had to go ask the front desk for pillows and they only gave me one, so my daughter slept with one pillow!

Cons:

You have to pay for breakfast and coffee even though it says included. I didn't know that until it was time for breakfast. The conditioner and tissues were empty.

On our second night the representative was amazing

Cons:

The first night, the fire alarm kept on activating and woke us up around 8 times, we could not sleep. When I requested to have it fixed, I was told it would happen, when I returned for my second night, the representative was not aware of the problem but changed us to another room. Also we requested a wheelchair accessible room 2 queen beds, and there was only a king with a sofa bed room available. The other room apparently was taken by one of the employees. Lastly, in both rooms, the refrigerator did not work.
