Pros:

On our second night the representative was amazing

Cons:

The first night, the fire alarm kept on activating and woke us up around 8 times, we could not sleep. When I requested to have it fixed, I was told it would happen, when I returned for my second night, the representative was not aware of the problem but changed us to another room. Also we requested a wheelchair accessible room 2 queen beds, and there was only a king with a sofa bed room available. The other room apparently was taken by one of the employees. Lastly, in both rooms, the refrigerator did not work.

It was good to not have to drive back home four hours after a long day with family.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. The room is clean. Very spacious.

Cons:

I was under the impression it was a no smoking hotel. However, when I got out of the elevator, all I could smell was marijuana. The other adult guests were extremely loud. Also the doors close way too loud.

It was costly to be across from a housekeeping room in the door, opened and closed all night until about 11 PM

I didn’t appreciate smelling weed all out in the hallway to the elevators. The whole floor didn’t like that the lampshades were peeling on my lamps over the bedside table.

There was no stay!
Pros:

I did not stay at the Courtyard by Marriot Salisbury, MD property on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026.

Cons:

There was a blizzard in Salisbury, MD that resulted in a power outage and our home was without power. I made a reservation and upon calling the Courtyard by Marriot Salisbury, MD, found out the hotel was overbooked! I did not get the room I reserved. I'm requesting a refund.

Pros:

The staff we encountered at the front desk and the bistro staff was friendly.

Cons:

That some of the staff were on cell phones instead of working the hotel rooms were ok ,no microwave in the rooms which is an inconvenience, the hallway had a musty smell.

The beds were comfy. free items and Deonte was the best!!
Pros:

The staff was friendly and help. Deonte made me and my friends feel welcomed!!!

Cons:

Wish there were more mirrors in the hotel room. Its was on two in the bathroom none in the rest of the hotel room. But I made it work!!!

Great for families
Pros:

We had a 1 night stay with 4 rooms and wanted to be connected or on the same floor, upon arrival, we were on different floors and not close to each other. Jennifer, at the front desk, was excellent. She understood what we needed and arranged the rooms so that we were close to each other on the same floor. Once we got to our rooms, one of them had a service issue that was not resolved totally. We did agree to a workaround. It took some time to arrange but Jennifer (and the engineer) made sure I was compensated for the extra time and inconvenience. Would stay here again!

Pros:

Location was very convenient to basic needs and entertainment.

Cons:

Your breakfast needs a lot of work. The coffee was great. My children disliked 2% milk. Was not allowed to bring food back to the room for child that needed to sleep in. A self serve buffet style breakfast would be so much better. Thank you.

Cons:

Our room was very humid. I don't know if it was because we were near the indoor pool or not. To keep the humidity down, we need to keep the room cooler than was comfortable.
