Fantastic short stay. Highly recommend.

The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was very nice. I would stay there again.
Pros:

Very clean facilities. Very nice hotel with an excellent location to nearby attractions.

Cons:

Charging to park (my fee was waived due to my first visit). But the hotel room price wasn’t cheap. There were plenty of spaces to park and a guest should not be charged for that in my opinion.

Close to Magic Mountain, not wildly expensive, good customer service
Pros:

The location was great, very close to Magic Mountain. Despite booking.com completely failing to notify the hotel about a date change request made two weeks prior, the man at the customer service desk helpfully provided their support number, gave me advice on how to fix it, waited for me to make the call to the third party, and immediately got us into our accommodations when the call was over. The Marriott itself gets 5 stars for customer service, booking.com gets zero.

Cons:

The AC unit was very effective, but very loud when it turned on and off at night so I did wake up several times throughout the night. My main complaint is not with the hotel, but with booking.com itself, who failed to notify the hotel that I had input a change date request, despite sending me two confirmation emails that everything was changed and settled. I'm not sure if this review is being posted just for the hotel or also for booking.com, but if it's just for the hotel, ignore all this bit and just read the AC part.

Pros:

The room was very clean. However, the shower curtain liner was broken which makes me wonder if housekeeping check them/clean them. The staff was very friendly, except for the older lady working the Bistro area. She didn't seem to be customer friendly.

Cons:

The walls in the room are paper thin. I could hear the people in the room next to us having "normal conversations".
