For the purpose of our trip, the accommodations were adequate, but could be improved upon a little.
Pros:

The front desk clerk was amazing! He was empathetic, helpful, and explained everything. He even had plastic utensils when the Door Dash people forgot them. He remembered things that I told him at check in when we were downstairs later. Excellent customer service! The room was clean, well stocked and the tub was great! I was having surgery early the next morning and the jets were the most comforting thing I have encountered in 2 weeks for my body pain.

Cons:

The pool is a little small, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for this trip. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were too small, making it difficult to find a comfortable position. We did not sleep well. We could not find a light in the living room area and there was not a plug in on both sides of the bed.

Okay, could improve
Pros:

I liked the location for what we needed. We felt safe.

Cons:

They only gave us 3 pillows per bed with 5 people staying in this room. When I called for extra pillows, they offered me 1. The pillows in the room were small and dense, not fluffy or comfortable. There was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby and a lack of options for the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

The hotel and location were great, very quite. The breakfast was awesom!

Cons:

The pool looks A LOT bigger than in the pictures. But it worked for my grandson since we were the only ones using it during our visit.

Pros:

I enjoyed the presence of trees and the ability to take a short walk without traffic.

Cons:

The airconditioning in our room did not work. We awoke cold in the middle of the night, despite setting the thermostat in the comfortable zone.

Unacceptable Cleanliness for the Price
Pros:

Despite the housekeeping issues, there were some positives. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was good, and the suite itself was spacious and comfortable. The location is also excellent and very convenient.

Unacceptable Cleanliness for the Price. I was very disappointed with my stay, mainly due to the poor housekeeping. The cleaning staff consistently came around 3 PM instead of in the morning. I would return to my room around 2 PM expecting it to be cleaned, but the beds were not made and there were no fresh towels.

The most frustrating part was the lack of proper cleaning. Even after housekeeping came, the room was not vacuumed properly. I stayed for four nights, and there was the same pieces of garbage on the floor the entire time, which clearly shows the room was not being cleaned thoroughly.

Paying $160 per night for a dirty room is unacceptable. I expected much better standards from this hotel. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.
