A bit of a splurge for us, but totally worth it!
Pros:

The entire facility was so clean, the room esthetic was amazing! Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast in the restaurant!

Cons:

The vending machine on our floor (3) was completely out of drinks. My husband tried the next floor, which was empty too, before going down to the main floor to get a soda. Not a deal breaker though.

It was a busy weekend! I did walk around and look but I’d love to comeback and enjoy more of this hotel!
Pros:

Very beautiful- nice location.
Clean.
Room didn’t come with a microwave- just odd but TVs did have Bluetooth capability which is so much better than a microwave.
Has a nice full length mirror in room.

Cons:

Elevators require hotel key- wasn’t warned about this- so always leave room with your key.
Maybe booking had the deposit listed wrong- but the deposit was $100 instead of $50.
Bathroom didn’t have a vent.
Bathroom lights were very dim- makeup ladies- you’ll have to trust in the dim light or do makeup in the desk/bedroom area.

Cons:

Пришлось просить дважды, чтобы нам принесли контейнеры для еды в номер. Воду в душе тяжело настроить. Мало средств для ухода для пятизвездочного отеля. Нет тапочек в номере.

Pros:

The room was recently updated and everything was clean and new. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

At times, staffing seemed inadequate. The bar offered few dining options but the bartender was very nice.

Excellent hotel

We have travelled quite a bit for the boys rugby - and I would rate this as the best hotel we have ever stayed in .
Pros:

It was clean and new and the set up reminded of a five star hotel .
Great gym and pool !
The rooms were not only beautiful but quite and dark which made for a good nights stay .

Cons:

The sensor light at the base of the bed - although a vet good idea - did wake me during the night .
I put a cushion in front of it which solved the problem - and there was still enough light to make it safely to the bathroom .
I brought my own cushion - but one of my boys complained that the pillows were very soft - but it did not keep him up .

Easy check-in. Lovely area and view from room.

Great stay
Pros:

My husband and I spent two nights at the Hyatt Regency. Great location in Iowa River Landing. We could easily walk to all the shops, the arena and any restaurant in the IRL. We had a king one bedroom suite with river view. The room was very nice. The bathroom was a jack and jill style so it could be entered from the living room and the bedroom. The room was very clean and there was plenty of room. We also had access to the Regency Room. The breakfast provided allowed you to order a breakfast meal from a menu that included pancakes, omelets, avocado toast and a breakfast sandwich. They had snacks throughout the day (cookies, fruit, nuts and snack mix) along with soda, water, tea, coffee, and water. The evening hors d'oeuvres were just crackers, sausage, cheese and tiny desserts. The Watermill restaurant includes a Starbucks. The restaurant is nice and we had a good meal there. Everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly. Shout out to Ali at the front desk, Elle in the Regency Room and Wenjin at the Starbucks. They went above and beyond. We will definitely go back.
