Location; proximity to cafes/grocery/freeway access.

Cons:

We pre-scheduled housekeeping at check in and it didnt happen as scheduled. Ran out of conditioner and body wash the day housekeeping was missed. Ran to front desk to get towels & soap. No handsoap at kitchen sink.
3-4 Utility trucks parked close to the door each night we were there. Perhaps they could let customers with luggage have those spaces?

Clean, comfortable, great hospitality for a great price!
Pros:

Clean room, new and impeccable bathroom, great hospitality from the Front Counter staff, and also, great value.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little simple; maybe add potatoes or fruit to complement it.

Cons:

The room was smaller than online would lead you to believe. The fold out bed wasn’t really a traditional type. It’s narrow. But we were able to adjust it and it worked out to likely be more comfortable.

It served it's purpose.
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, and the room being close to the elevator. The staff was nice.

Cons:

The door to the bathroom kept getting stuck when coming out. The bed was too small, and that's more my fault than the hotel's. If you get to your room late at night, there is no close parking.
