It was ok. I wish I’d asked for a better room.

Cons:

Under construction so water was cut off while we were there but not for very long and staff were helpful in keeping us updated and extended our check out. The room was very dated. Carpets very bad, bath scratched, air conditioning old and loud.

Fantastic home base for family reunion!
Pros:

We recently booked a group of rooms for a family reunion gathering. Jessica was most helpful in helping us get everything arranged. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see a personalized welcome sign posted at the front desk. And Fernando was incredibly helpful at the front desk in making sure we all got settled and had everything we needed. He and the rest of the staff remained amazingly supportive throughout our stay. Everybody was so nice and helpful, we loved everything about our stay. The only possible suggestion I can think of would be the small hotel signage out at the entrance makes it a little hard for first timers to notice it, but Google Maps pretty much makes that not matter. Our thanks go out to Jessica, Fernando, and the rest of the crew at Townplace Suites and Courtyard in Thousand Oaks!

Enjoyed my one night stay, nice hotel.
Pros:

The gentlemen that checked me in made me feel welcomed. He was very professional and friendly. My room was clean and nicely furnished. Loved the full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Nice view of pool, tress, and mountains from the 3rd floor.

Cons:

Bathroom sink in 307 was clogged and it took a few minutes to get the water to go down by opening and closing the drain to create a vacuum. Also, multiple free cable movie channels would of been nice. I don't cook and love waffles but passed on making them myself during the free breakfast.

Great location
Pros:

We like that it is away from freeway noise. Having a kitchen is a plus. But the most important thing for us is having a good bed. We enjoyed our stay

Hidden Charges. I won’t go back.
Cons:

Hidden charges. $16.90/ day for parking. Also, amenities offered at the front desk have a charge. I didn’t find out until I checked the bill when I got home. There are plenty of hotels in the area that don’t charge for parking.

Pros:

Great location because it's close to local family. The staff was excellent! Very accommodating and polite. Every staff member greeted us in the hallways .

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast wasn't very good. The room was small for 3 adults. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The property definitely needs to be updated which is currently happening.

Pros:

Frig in the room. Able to borrow playing cards. Breakfast choices available. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of room.

Cons:

Extremely high cost of store (lobby) items. $10 for a bottle of Starbucks coffee is ridiculous. Pistachios did not taste fresh or flavorful. Again…way too expensive. Very undercooked bacon swimming in grease at breakfast. We did ask for two rooms next to or near each other. They were on different floors.
