Pros:

Frig in the room. Able to borrow playing cards. Breakfast choices available. Friendly staff. Cleanliness of room.

Cons:

Extremely high cost of store (lobby) items. $10 for a bottle of Starbucks coffee is ridiculous. Pistachios did not taste fresh or flavorful. Again…way too expensive. Very undercooked bacon swimming in grease at breakfast. We did ask for two rooms next to or near each other. They were on different floors.

I stayed at this property this weekend. There is this amazing lady in the front desk called Christina. They got my mom a nice room and she was always there to help me out and my mom. Eduardo houseman was very amazing às well.

Exceptional long term stay with outstanding service and heart-felt hospitality which made my experience memorable!!
Pros:

Towneplace suites by Marriott, Thousand okas has truly exceeded expectations during my extended 2 month stay. The general manager, Rateb Rahen and his team was very supportive, went above and beyond to make me feel at home with very welcoming attitude and constant attention to my needs. Highly recommend for outstanding service and comfortable amenities like fitness center, pool and fully equipped kitchen.

Make sure the air works!
Pros:

The front desk staff was great and friendly, especially to our children. The kitchen staff was amazing and accommodating to our young picky children. One evening while waiting for laundry the girl at the front desk offered to make fresh popcorn for my 2 year old daughter who lovvved watching it pop! We stayed in a 2BR kitchenette.

Cons:

The first night we stayed we had no air conditioning in the master bedroom. We promptly called the front desk to ask for any assistance they were able to provide. Someone was to stop by Sunday morning to fix the AC. It was blowing hot air, not even room temperature. So to make our room less miserable we opted to cool the living room and the kids bedroom and leave the doors open. It was 80-85 during the day so it was not really an option for us to leave the window open for air circulation. Spent Sunday with family and came back Sunday evening to a room with all of the air turned off. So once again, we restarted the air to hopefully cool the room off to sleep. To the best that I remember the maintenance person had several properties to tend to and was not able to come that evening and I was told that someone would be by on Monday. We left on Monday for the entire day. Did some activities in long beach and got back to the room. Again, all of the air was turned off. The room was once again hot and uncomfortable. Room service had been in that day but only made the main bed, not the children's bed they also failed to leave garbage bags at any point during our stay. We had tiny trash cans totally unable to accommodate the amount of rubbish we had just from cooking. Didn't replace our hand soap, didn't replace the shower cap that my daughter used, and didn't bother checking the soap in the shower. I very purposefully called before our stay to see what toiletries were available in the room so I didn't have to pack them if I didn't need to. I called down to the front desk for more towels and for garbage bags. "Oh they didn't leave any for you?" No. Not one. They also never fixed our air conditioner in the main room. I hop in the shower and guess what!? No body soap. I call my husband into the bathroom, ask him to call the front desk and send someone up.

Excellent customer service.
Pros:

Our have a great stay here because of the customer service wereceived. All the staff is super helpful, friendly and treat the customers with respect. I would like to thank Christina for making our stay here perfect. She went above and beyond to correct the mistake that I made; and her willingness to accommodate my many requests make this trip special. And she did all this with a smile in her face.
