The staff was very knowledgeable and excellent. Our stay was decent.
Pros:

We like the close proximity to 95. The staff was excellent and great breakfast was outstanding. Need to have two waffle stations.

Cons:

The paint was peeling off the walls/ceiling. We also found a roach that was crawling on the Air-conditioning event.

Clean, neat, friendly staff, good breakfast

Cons:

Watching people get free food( muffins) and load their pockets and getting kids to do the same thing…..the place will go broke if this keeps up. Should police the breakfast area better

Facility has maintenance issues and elevator inspection issues with compliance.
Pros:

Location and price, except reservation did not allow a cancellation provision so I felt locked into a property that has multiple discrepancies

1. The elevator inspection sticker April 2026. Elevator doors closing was slow and sluggish. Staff notified.

Room 323, 3rd floor
1. The floor in the shower was dirty with hairs.
2. Bathroom floor always drenched with water after the shower door shut tight.
3. The light fixture on both headboards do not work.
4. The freezer temperature in the mini fridge was working fine but not the temperature in the refrigerator area. Drinks did not get cold and it was necessary to discard leftovers to avoid illness.

Room 324, 3rd floor
1. Family did not tell me until Saturday night, last night, 6/13/26 that there is NO temperature control panel on wall, very uncomfortable in room.

Easy and convenient
Pros:

Super convenient! Spacious.

Cons:

The carpet in my room was wet in the closet and near the window and a/c unit. Smelled bad, but in the hottest weather yet this year, the room stayed cool!
