I had a hotel room booked 6 months in advance at another hotel and was canceled 1 week prior. So, I booked a room on October 13th from this hotel, because I was going to a festival and driving over 3 hours to come to the event. Had confirmation number and all. I called the morning of my check in date 10/23 and the front office manager I spoke to said everything was good. Well fast forward, I arrived at 10pm to check in after driving over 3 hours to get there. And the same lady told me she couldn’t see my reservations. I told her that I spoke with her this morning and everything was fine and her demeanor completely changed. sthen told me they overbooked my room, and to try another hotel.

Size of room good for a long stay.
AC unit loud and constant in the room, fridge also constantly made noise and had to unplug. Gym did not have A/C. Housekeeping did not take the garbage out until I put it in the sink and they sometimes made the bed.
Best part of the included breakfast was the toast.

The hotel is on the last stage of renovation.

It was dirty and appeared to be in the middle of renovations but nothing was clean and tidy in the common areas
Close to airport
Room was unready for stay. Bed was uncomfortable. Wallpaper coming off wall. Shower curtain hanging by a thread on the wall. No staff around at all houra.

Blood was on walls and floor of elevator.Set 6am to get to airport because had 7:30 flight didn’t leave hotel till 6:30. Guy had me scared beating up lady and tearing things off wall. TV wasn’t working for me or uncle room … Just terrible stay..
The breakfasts were wonderful! Karen, who ran the breakfast service was amazingly helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with making the waffles for us and assisting in any way she could. She was just an outstanding employee in terms of all of our interactions with her.
The charge for parking. It was not expensive, but it was a surprise charge on our bill when we checked out.
