Состояние ремонта, мебели, кондиционера.
het ontbijt was heel goed. Locatie was ook goed, verschillende bars en restaurants in de omgeving.
De airco op mijn kamer werkte niet goed, na 2 x melden kreeg ik een andere kamer waar de airco het wel goed deed.
Хорошое расположение отеля . Удобный матрас и подушки . Просторные номера . Отличный завтрак
Номера требуют ремонта , как и spa зона.
В номере : была забита раковина , душ от старости был слабо закреплен и протекал. Держатель для туалетной бумаги рассыпался от старости. В номерах нет капсульной кофе машины. Полотенца серые и детские от постоянного использования. В номере не было одноразовых : шапочки , косметичек.набора, губки для обуви.
В spa : хамам от старости имеет характерный запах , течет кран в стене для ополаскивания , нет пара влажного . Я не пробыла там и 5 минут . Бассейн также со старой плиткой , из-за чего выглядит не комфортным , поплавать не вызвало желания . В бассейне необходима шапочка , о чем нигде нет информации, тебе ее продают за 3500 тнг на ресепшн .
Как итог: отель вытягивает на очень слабую 4*, а цена за ночь - на твердую 5*

В общем сам отель уже устарел, чувствуется что тему много лет. Основная проблема- кондиционирование практически не работало, на улице стоит жара, все-таки лето , спать ночью невозможно, очень жарко
Спа комплекс и завтраки отличные.
Номера немного староватые, горничная входила без стука
