Great hotel
Pros:

Very good location. Good facilities. Comfortable bed. Good swimming pool and sport room.

Cons:

Slightly outdated furniture and wallpaper in the bedroom. The sauna/hamma facilities are outdated and dirty, showers work partially.

Pros:

Месторасположение отеля
Персонал на ресепшене отзывчивый и приятный

Cons:

К сожалению номер нас разочаровал. Номер явно нуждается в обновлении: мебель и интерьер устаревшие. В минибаре было грязно! Ковролин в номере грязный и с пятнами, номер 422. Ожидали большего за такие деньги.

One of the remaining decent post oil-boom hotels in Atyrau
Pros:

Central location, excellent choice at the breakfast, spacious room and the lounge area with coffee and team, availability of spa and massage

Cons:

Even though the check-in person at the reception was very friendly and positive on the arrival and offered the option for a paid upgrade during the rest of the stay the personnel (at the reception and security guards) never greet the guests when you pass them by. This was a bit awkward. The bedding could have been better, it was ok but not great.
