Cons:

They couldn’t find my reservation so I ended up paying for a night and never staying there. I’m disappointed and out a lot of money. Not only did I have to pay for a night at Springhill Suites, I also had to pay for two nights at another hotel when they couldn’t find my reservation since the hotel was fully booked.

The breakfast omelet....Everyone does not eat pork. I think the omelets should be plain and toppings should be on the side for guest to add on themselves.

The rooms are so dated and the rooms carry a potty smell. The carpet was put together like a puzzle and showed the floor between the tiled carpet.

was glad that the pool was opened the next day almost changed my stay

The breakfast was good had to wait for coffee being made twice should have meat option that was not pork The pool and the hot tub functioning.

Cons:

The 1st day upon entry they said there was no pool or hot tub Not Happy they should have said the pool will be opened the next day.
