Receptionist was rude at first then came down. There was a big bug in my shower and I had the maid kill it. The other morning I went to workout came back to the lunchroom to get coffee. No coffee nor cups were there.i asked the lady in the made and she was just yelling at me in spainishb

Unpleasant smell in room
Pros:

Location. Lots of parking and for free.

Cons:

Room was moldy. Had a very unpleasant smell.
Carpet in room was very dirty and disgusting to look at. Didn't even want to take my shoe off.
Had to open windows to get fresh air. Room was very uncomfortable because of odor that was trapped inside of room. No ventilation fan what so ever was in place.
Rooms need an upgrade.

It was a nice restful weekend but I was disappointed they didn’t tell me it was not a hot tub room they really messed up
