Pros:

the location was perfect, right next to a mall and with very easy access to subway and right in the middle of Rappongi.
Rooms were clean and spacious, with great views over the city. breakfast was very good.
The hotel has a very clean swimming pool with a view as well to enjoy.

In my opinion, Ritz-Carlton Tokyo's differentiator is the staff. I cannot speak highly enough about how caring, attentive, and helpful the staff were. From the moment you step into the hotel, you are greeted with the best staff all the way to your room. highly recommend this hotel.
